its probably the norm ... but a 9 o'clock appointment should be close to that time frame. but I don't know because it seams like I wait in those little room at all these doctors office

The staff were wonderful, the provider has absolutely no bedside manner, he was rude. He specifically wanted to refer me to physical therapy and pain/spin Dr. when I told him the last time I had a hip injection it helped me and lasted me for 10 years, he said they don't last that long and I don't like to give them. I told him I do stretches and exercises at home and have for over 10 years. He did the injection and when walking out of the room said you don't need to follow up. He definitely needs someone to come and show him how to treat patients. I know you have Dr.s who help other Dr.s with this.

Hi, my experience was very good and I learned a lot about what's going on. I left two forms for the doctor to sign. He advised me not to go on a vacation trip next week with my family, so we canceled some rooms on a cruise ship and I left a form for him to fill in and have the staff faxed so that we can get a refund for that because we're not going to go based on his recommendations. And then also I left a form because I've, well, this involves extension of a medical leave that I'm on, which has been approved by Lincoln Financial, and I left the form there for him to send in for that as well. The ladies told me, though, that it could take up to 14 days to process the forms, and I was a little concerned about that when I've had these things in the past.
