I just want to thank Dr. Douglass for giving me some practical advice and help to get my blood pressure under control. Having lost one parent to congestive heart failure and the other to complications from diabetes, I'm very sensitive about making sure that I'm around as long as possible for my family. And from the last visit to this one, my blood pressure was so much better that Dr. Douglas said it was the blood pressure of a teenager, which gave me, I celebrated after I left the doctor's office with fruits and vegetables, but I did celebrate. So I just want to say thank you for telling me the truth that I had to get it under control or else I wouldn't be around for very long. You were very kind and loving and we really appreciate you helping me to be around for my family.
