I think Dr. Douglass is a good cardiologist. I feel that I'm in good hands whenever I visit with him. I do note, however, that he takes a long time to see me. For instance, I had a 1:30 appointment and he didn't walk into the room until 2:30. So I'm not sure what's going on. too many patients or what. I would appreciate if he would be more prompt. And my second piece of feedback is to tell people to use the kiosk to check in because I stood at the desk for about five minutes and the woman that's in charge of the front desk was helping somebody else and finally she said to me, would you like to use the kiosk to check in

This was disappointing, especially because the woman at the welcome desk on the first level provided the complete opposite experience. She greeted me warmly, was helpful, and made sure I understood where I needed to go. Her customer service was greatly appreciated and set a much more welcoming tone.

He explained everything to me how I could understand it and told me all the tests he was going to schedule and why, he also checked when was the last time I had them done and the results on them.
