My appointment was at 9 AM. I got there around 8:30 check in and around 845 amI was placed in a the waiting room.. I waited from 845 until 10 or a little after 10 to see the doctor. No one came by to say he was running late or anything. I just sat there waiting that was discouraging, and this was my first visit and that was a bad first impression.

I had a great experience at the surgery center from beginning to end. All staff there are amazing and great! They took the best care of me and made sure everything went smoothly. Dr. Hunter is a wonderful physician with the best bedside manner. He makes sure his patients are well taken care of and his nurse Rebecca also goes above and beyond!

Awesome experience and care from beginning to end. Dr. Hunter is an awesome and caring physician and surgeon. His staff are the same. Was in and out of my visit within 30 min and that included Dr. Hunter spending all the time I needed for my care and answering any questions. He and his staff make sure you leave well informed and ready for next steps!

The doctor was very kind, respectful, and above all, very professional. He was genuinely interested in my health problem and helped me find a possible solution for my left knee, which involves a torn meniscus. The staff or team the doctor worked with were also very professional.

My appointment was at 9 AM. I got there around 8:30 check in and around 845 amI was placed in a the waiting room.. I waited from 845 until 10 or a little after 10 to see the doctor. No one came by to say he was running late or anything. I just sat there waiting that was discouraging, and this was my first visit and that was a bad first impression.

If you need follow-up care from another specialist such as a hand surgeon or imaging like a CT scan or MRI, clinicians at other Wellstar locations will be able to access your visit information from Ortho-On-Demand using Wellstar MyChart. Ortho-On-Demand's afternoon and evening hours are convenient for the “40-hour-a-week athlete," according to Dr. Hunter—those who balance full-time jobs with staying active and may need care outside the hours of other medical offices. During the fall, extended hours on Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM are available.
“If you sprain your ankle at a church league softball game or fall around the house, you don’t have to go to the emergency department to be assessed.
