I like Dr Niazi, he seems kind and skilled. However, some of the staff are often unkind and rude. I am treated as an interference in their day rather than as a client or patient. I mostly interact with Dr Niazi through the patent portal. The communications are uniformly unhelpful, but when Dr Niazi and I speak in person, there is no problem. I feel like the communicator thinks my inquiries are bothersome. A person at my last visit told me I am always "unpleasant" to deal with because I could not take off my shoes to weigh in. I am sometimes spoken to like I am a child, and other times I am ordered about with an offensive tone of voice. Generally, going to this office is not a pleasant experience.
