It seems to be a lot of confusion people just sitting around talking or can I say gossiping they do have a lead there and she is very nice and knowledgeable She does give them direction on what they need to be doing Meaning servicing the clients. overall, I had a great experience.

One thing that could have been done better is the lab being open, but Zoe and the other nurse were careful to let me know that there was a lab open only 10 minutes up the road and I got that done within the same day.
