Hi, I came in for an appointment to establish care, but also to get a referral to the WellSTAR Psychiatry Center. And I was told that I had to get the referral in order to get an appointment at the psychiatry center. And I did get the referral, but then when I called the psychiatry center, they said that they aren't taking new patients, they're fully booked. And I did all this work in order to get that appointment. And the lady on the phone said that the people at your office should have just checked before just to make sure that they were taking the patient. So I just wanted to get that feedback because I wasn't aware and I was really hoping to get that appointment there. Thank you so much. Everything else was great.

The wait time and the acceptance by all of the staff was great. And Ms. Zoey is almost perfect. No one is perfect, but she's darn close. And I really didn't like the aide that was taking my information to get me ready for Ms. Zoey to come in. I really didn't care for her, but I cared for her. I really enjoyed the lady who signed me in and got my insurance information and who referred me you know, directed me to go to which office to go to, I appreciated that a great deal. Ms. Zoey was so awesome. She listened, she understood, and she comforted me and also made sure that I received all of the medications I needed and the referrals.
