Nurse who checked me in was so amazing and nice. I had just left another urgent care in Roswell because of the terrible service I received and went here on a whim not sure what to expect but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Every single person in the building from the woman at the front desk in the lobby to the woman who did my xray was so incredibly polite and warm. I've never been to a health facility with kinder staff and the environment was extremely clean. I will probably only come here for any medical concerns as long as I am in Roswell. The only thing I found a bit weird was having to call for an xray. As someone who was in pain it was a long process and they asked weird questions that made it seem very transactional and weird. One of the questions being "were you born here" which I found very odd. Don't really understand the point of that or why it couldn't be a simpler process given I have to put all my info on a portal in the first place? As a patient I don't understand why I'm the one who has to call for my xray.

Dr Donchev was my attending physician at another Wellstar urgent care facility in East Cobb for many years . I always trusted his diagnosis and he still is a top Dr in my opinion at the Sixes road location .

I was waiting two hours to get inside to check triage so, when I was inside, more forty min. To the doctors come and review test results... was really frustrate experience and I just wait that long because I was not feeling good at all but, in the past I got best attendants at the same place I was, than I hope you can get more employers for best and fast attendants .
