I have never been around more helpful people. The smiling lady at the first floor desk told me to go upstairs to the imaging floor. The security guard walked me up and carried my phone since my wrist was broken, and I was holding an ice bag on it. He got a real ice bag and paper towel for me and waited with me until my daughter arrived. The nurse was so consoling as I was crying from the pain. The doctor was charming, informative, and quick.

Provider called next day about results that were concerning and advised me to go to ER to have them reevaluate which really needed to be done.

The wait is sometimes long but providers and staff are efficient and friendly. There were nursing students there which was a little awkward but understandable.

I waited 2 1/2 hours and 2 walk ins that came in after me were seen before me. I was just kept being told I was next but wasn't. The doctor was with me for a full 10 minutes. I was a little disappointed in this. I didn't complain but the front receptions was trying hard to keep me aware that it wasn't much longer.

i sat in the empty waiting room for a really long time with blood lightly dripping out of my hand. lady at the desk eventually came out and said "what that little thing? calm down youll be fine", which I know but I would have appreciated maybe like a bandaid or anything at all since she already charged my card to even talk to me.

front desk just said there's a delay even though i made appt for 1pm got there at 1230 was taken back around 145 she was busy on phone hardly looked up - nurse was awesome dr was awesome !!!! but had to get x-rays and older woman was a real grump - i tried to chat with her seemed irritated and didn't wanna be there - said things like oh i love your shoes match your scrubs - just a grunt yes. that's how she acted entire time - so that was disappointing

I showed an expressed to the doctor how bad I was wheezing that I believed I had pneumonia that I had been coughing and wheezing for almost a week and a half or two weeks he gave me six pills. I guess it's called a Z-Pak I have one pill left and I'm still badly badly congested. He gave me nine steroids it's not coming up. I just don't understand. I only do I pay $400 a month for health insurance. The visit was $75 and then I had to pay almost $50 for the prescription. The inhaler helps a little but I believe he could've done better. I don't believe I'm going to get better and I am worried and don't know what to do.

While I was there, I told the staff .... every one of them, how wonderful they are. And I would give them 10 Stars !! There was not one person that did not care or treat people wonderfully !!! I will definitely come back here again. And I will tell friends, the woman at the reception desk was helpful friendly and kind. Both of the nurses were wonderful kind and made me feel very comfortable, and the doctor was very nice and kind.
