My child was seen quickly and thoroughly. Diagnosis explained well and treatment suggested. Urgent care service and staff were excellent. Unfortunately no pharmacies were open to get the medication overnight.

I had to go to urgent care because my primary care was late twice on virtual calls and I couldn't handle the pain anymore.

So the receptionist at the front desk said that my insurance was invalid, but she did not call the provider over there. There is a number on the insurance card. She should have called the provider's insurance and then found out if my insurance was active or inactive. I had to pay out of pocket because she did not call the number on the insurance card because she couldn't find my insurance and she just said valid. So I think the front desk people should take the call and then find out that the insurance is valid or not instead of just asking the patient to pay out of pocket. Thank you.

The wait time is excessive and slow. The service isn't truly urgent. We had to wait over two hours to be seen. I find that incredibly slow and depressing. I don't recommend this place because of the slow service.

There was a nurse. My illness hadn't been treated yet, the X-ray had just been done, and I was still in the hospital room. The doctor hadn't come yet, but that nurse told me to go home. I had already started leaving the hospital and got into the car when they called me back inside for another check-up. So this was the nurse's mistake. How could they tell me to go home before my treatment was finished? This is wrong-very wrong and very bad.

So if there's something that you can do about, I know you can't do anything about the wait time if there's a lot of people there, but if there's something that you can do to speed the process along, that would be helpful as opposed to just sitting there waiting for over three hours. But after we got in, we got excellent care. Thank you.

I had an extremely good experience at your facility from everyone from the front desk to the triage to the provider were extremely friendly and a very stressful environment because it was extremely busy that day, but everybody communicated very well. Everybody was great and gave me the medicine I needed to get better. Thank you.
