I showed an expressed to the doctor how bad I was wheezing that I believed I had pneumonia that I had been coughing and wheezing for almost a week and a half or two weeks he gave me six pills. I guess it's called a Z-Pak I have one pill left and I'm still badly badly congested. He gave me nine steroids it's not coming up. I just don't understand. I only do I pay $400 a month for health insurance. The visit was $75 and then I had to pay almost $50 for the prescription. The inhaler helps a little but I believe he could've done better. I don't believe I'm going to get better and I am worried and don't know what to do.

While I was there, I told the staff .... every one of them, how wonderful they are. And I would give them 10 Stars !! There was not one person that did not care or treat people wonderfully !!! I will definitely come back here again. And I will tell friends, the woman at the reception desk was helpful friendly and kind. Both of the nurses were wonderful kind and made me feel very comfortable, and the doctor was very nice and kind.

Kiosks were a challenge to work with the insurance or self pay screen. Also cannot get back to previous screen if need to correct or change anything. Even a staff member had trouble with it helping me

Hi, I had a very good experience when I went there. All was great. Since then, it's been a little challenging to get my results. The office called me today because the lab results were not detailed, but they did call me and they gave me the details, but they said my portal will show the details of the specifics. And I've been waiting for that and I still haven't seen that. And I'm not sure what to do at this point. So that's the only thing. Everything else is great. Thank you.

I was supposed to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy and it's days later and I still don't have it. Also, getting someone on the phone to help has been horrible and there's still no resolution.

Provision should be made for basic imagery to be done during an urgent consultation. Hand washing should be done more frequently by staffs who are in direct contact with the patient. Nevertheless, the health team were awesome ?. I'm glued to the 4 team players and their recommendations; Especially the Doctor who consulted me. He was awesome ? ? ?. Thank you all for the warm reception. I appreciate ?.
