The staff at the Urgent Care Well Star at Avalon was exceptional. Dr. Donchev was great and listened very carefully. And his assistant gave me the EKG. She was great. And when I went to have my ultrasound, my x-ray done, the x-ray technician was very, very detailed in what she was doing, so I felt really valued, heard, and seen at this particular location for WellSTAR.

And even after I went home and recovering from my, the illness or the situation, I got a call back to follow up with me to see how I was doing. They checked in with me, which I really appreciated. So that is a great level of service. I appreciate that.

The wait time seemed long based on having a reservation before arriving, but can't tell if the others in the waiting room were walk-ins or also had reservations or check-ins. The nurse did advise there would be a delay in seeing that doctor. So she tried to keep us informed on status. But the arrival to depart time was 3 hours.
