Communication in the system is so efficient and makes it easy for the doctors to understand everything about me without having to ask, saves a lot of time. Janet, my nurse, was super sweet and very kind. She gave me a pillow to lay my head on because I couldn't sit up. The doctor was very cool and cold, not very good tech manners. He wasn't rude, but he had very little empathy or interest. It was very clinical, very brushed, hurried up, and out of the way, and he had me waiting a very long time. I did not see anybody else in that office, so I don't understand why I was waiting that long, especially since I was really, really not feeling great.

My child was seen quickly and thoroughly. Diagnosis explained well and treatment suggested. Urgent care service and staff were excellent. Unfortunately no pharmacies were open to get the medication overnight.

I had to go to urgent care because my primary care was late twice on virtual calls and I couldn't handle the pain anymore.

So the receptionist at the front desk said that my insurance was invalid, but she did not call the provider over there. There is a number on the insurance card. She should have called the provider's insurance and then found out if my insurance was active or inactive. I had to pay out of pocket because she did not call the number on the insurance card because she couldn't find my insurance and she just said valid. So I think the front desk people should take the call and then find out that the insurance is valid or not instead of just asking the patient to pay out of pocket. Thank you.

The wait time is excessive and slow. The service isn't truly urgent. We had to wait over two hours to be seen. I find that incredibly slow and depressing. I don't recommend this place because of the slow service.
