Hi, I had a very good experience when I went there. All was great. Since then, it's been a little challenging to get my results. The office called me today because the lab results were not detailed, but they did call me and they gave me the details, but they said my portal will show the details of the specifics. And I've been waiting for that and I still haven't seen that. And I'm not sure what to do at this point. So that's the only thing. Everything else is great. Thank you.

I was supposed to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy and it's days later and I still don't have it. Also, getting someone on the phone to help has been horrible and there's still no resolution.

Provision should be made for basic imagery to be done during an urgent consultation. Hand washing should be done more frequently by staffs who are in direct contact with the patient. Nevertheless, the health team were awesome ?. I'm glued to the 4 team players and their recommendations; Especially the Doctor who consulted me. He was awesome ? ? ?. Thank you all for the warm reception. I appreciate ?.

From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor - everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. There wasn't much that could've been done to help me due to my situation, but I felt that everyone really cared and the doctor gave me some tips to help me feel better :) I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Both the nurse Katie and Dr. Donchev were absolutely wonderful! They listened intently and asked questions, then went above and beyond with care to check everything and ensure my health and safety. I very much appreciate their care and have been referring family to go to this location if ever needed!

This is not a place to go if you have any concerns with your blood pressure, heart problems or any other serious health issues The urgent care doctor shouldn't give advice his patients with high blood pressure visit his primary care or cardiologist after weekends

My primary concern is that I walked in for an appointment at 1:40. There was no one at all in the waiting room. I was seated in a room for 40 minutes before the provider saw me and no one gave me any updates. I can't imagine what took so long but the provider talked with me for 5 minutes. If it took this long for an appointment in an empty clinic, I wonder how they function when it's really busy.

I went due to pain in my leg. The front desk staff were wonderful. Dr Donchev did a thorough exam on my leg and my feet and did an echo to rule out a DVT. He was very thorough and explained. The echo tech was very kind and caring. Teresa, the nurse assistant was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. While I was waiting for the results of the echo, Ina the supervisor stopped in to make sure I was comfortable. Kelly called after the visit to follow up and see how I was doing. I felt like the care I received was excellent and all of the staff was kind and caring.
