Absolutely wonderful experience!! The front desk lady was so kind and helpful, nurse Katie was deeply compassionate and talented, and the doctor listened to me and explained my treatment plan clearly! I will be back! Thank you for being available on New Years Eve!

The wait time is excessive and slow. The service isn't truly urgent. We had to wait over two hours to be seen. I find that incredibly slow and depressing. I don't recommend this place because of the slow service.

I did have an appt do 4:10. Was seen at 6:00. The receptionist to state that there was a 2 hour wait even with an appt.

There was a nurse. My illness hadn't been treated yet, the X-ray had just been done, and I was still in the hospital room. The doctor hadn't come yet, but that nurse told me to go home. I had already started leaving the hospital and got into the car when they called me back inside for another check-up. So this was the nurse's mistake. How could they tell me to go home before my treatment was finished? This is wrong-very wrong and very bad.

We had to wait over three hours and we thought that was very excessive and then we were told to actually go to the ER at the hospital, which was unnecessary. So if there's something that you can do about, I know you can't do anything about the wait time if there's a lot of people there, but if there's something that you can do to speed the process along, that would be helpful as opposed to just sitting there waiting for over three hours. But after we got in, we got excellent care. Thank you.

I had an extremely good experience at your facility from everyone from the front desk to the triage to the provider were extremely friendly and a very stressful environment because it was extremely busy that day, but everybody communicated very well. Everybody was great and gave me the medicine I needed to get better. Thank you.

The physician, registered nurse and front desk staff were all phenomenal. Give them big raises and company cars. Please. Do not promote them though. They are too cool to be managers or administrators.

It wasn't very comforting and they didn't have all of the equipment that usually is available in their particular facility, but they made do with what they had and they were very quick and efficient and kind.

Every single person in the building from the woman at the front desk in the lobby to the woman who did my xray was so incredibly polite and warm. I've never been to a health facility with kinder staff and the environment was extremely clean. I will probably only come here for any medical concerns as long as I am in Roswell. The only thing I found a bit weird was having to call for an xray. As someone who was in pain it was a long process and they asked weird questions that made it seem very transactional and weird. One of the questions being "were you born here" which I found very odd. Don't really understand the point of that or why it couldn't be a simpler process given I have to put all my info on a portal in the first place? As a patient I don't understand why I'm the one who has to call for my xray.

So if there's something that you can do about, I know you can't do anything about the wait time if there's a lot of people there, but if there's something that you can do to speed the process along, that would be helpful as opposed to just sitting there waiting for over three hours. But after we got in, we got excellent care. Thank you.
