From the time we checked in until we finished the office visit, it was a pleasure. Everyone was so sweet. This was one of the best office visits I had in a long time with a physician office. Everyone was attentive and listened to me. They are a model group and Dr. Whittier thank you for listening and informing me about my health. You are heaven sent.

Everything went smoothly until it was time to get lab work done. At that point, it was a mess. I waited almost 90 minutes to get blood drawn. The technician told me there was no way to make an appt., that everyone just had to "sign in at the kiosk and wait." How absurd. I had no idea how many people were ahead of me and how long I would have to wait. My time is just as valuable as the Dr.'s staff.
