I believe Wellstar offices should have personnel in each office to direct patients how to proceed in making appointments to other facilities, if necessary. I questioned myself, now where do I go from here to get xrays and find out how much they would cost. I eventually went back to Tower Rd. to have my labs and xrays done.

I waited for 15 minutes once I arrived to get checked in and no one came to the desk. Then I waited 45 minutes before I went to the back to see the Dr. then I waited another 10 minutes before she came in and she spent maybe 10 minutes with me. Ridiculous

Since day one there is ALWAYS a long, long wait from arrival until you see the Dr, usually 40-60 minutes. This is actually very disrespectful of our time. Please start doing better.
