Office and staff were very professional while also being warm and welcoming. Office is run very efficiently. I did not have to wait at all. Dr. Griffith spent time to answer my questions about procedure and after care and was very reassuring. Not looking forward to surgery, but I can't imagine having a better team in place than what I saw with the consultation visit.

The doctor was very nice and professional and I felt like he cared about my wellbeing and he wasn't in a hurry to get in and out of my room and move on to the next person.Im happy that I have him and his team.

And they waited with me patiently until we explored all the solutions and they approached it with kindness and patience. And I really extremely appreciate that.

Post op effects information was somewhat lacking. Perhaps I didn't ask the right questions.

They got me in quickly and relieved my pain.

It was definitely a quick visit..less than 30 minutes which I liked...but I really don't think I shud be charged for a moderately complex patient since the whole visit was less than 30 mins..I feel I'm being unnecessarily charged to pay my copays and deductibles up front and these visits are adding up to a lot.
