Well, first off, you've got these heavy doors that no senior center can, senior citizen can open it. And then when the doctor was leaving, told me he was going to take me out of the room, take me to the waiting room. I was following him, but then everybody just let that door go and it fell on me. So I don't know what else to say. Thank you very much. Bye.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. But the first person that saw me looked and sounded disinterested and acted like they hate their job. I waited for over an hour to be seen. Once i was seen, the PA William was kind and helpful.
