While we were very thankful and fortunate that the facility was open, there were only three other patients in the facility. We were taken straight back and cared with care by the nurses on duty. However, it did take two hours to just get the x-ray. The x-ray tech was fantastic. She was full of energy, then took it another hour to read it. I was very disappointed that the doctor never came back in to tell us the results of the x-ray, but rather sent a nurse to let us know what the results of the x-ray were. After waiting for three hours and seeing the doctor sitting there during those three hours, it became apparent that it was not an important piece for him to come in, and that was very disappointing, especially when dealing with a child.

I started at the Grovetown location and was then sent to the Evans location due to Grovetown having over an hour wait. I arrived and sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes....once in the exam room the tech was super helpful and completed my EKG stated they would give it to the PA and they would be in shortly...1 hour after my ekg was completed no one yet to come in. Finally a student PA came in saying she would do an exam and then the PA respectfully I declined her exam and just wanted the PA because at this point I had just been sitting in a room waiting for over an hour without anyone coming in. I understand things happen but when you're genuinely hurting and not feeling well and are told someone will be back shortly and you wait over an hour it makes for an awful experience.

My provider took great care of my cut injury and explained the entire process to me when I got a suture and how to care for it. I was extremely anxious with my cut injury as I do not like the sight of blood, however, my provider made me feel very comfortable and helped me through my anxiety. I would definitely recommend this location and provider to my family and friends!
