There was a beeping that was going one. Some type of alarm. I felt so sorry for the staff & patients. It happed the entire time we were there. Over an hour.

My provider and the staff at this location were extremely patient with me and my concerns. My provider took great care of my cut injury and explained the entire process to me when I got a suture and how to care for it. I was extremely anxious with my cut injury as I do not like the sight of blood, however, my provider made me feel very comfortable and helped me through my anxiety. I would definitely recommend this location and provider to my family and friends!

When I first got to the clinic, everyone at the front desk office where you check in at was very kind and courteous to me because I am of age of 65 years old. And they also helped me with the kiosk because I'm not used to using a computer. And that was very helpful to me. And I really hope that they reach out and help other customers at other times. And the doctor and nurses were very kind and helpful. And I thank you. Have a blessed evening.

I waited for 45 mins to the provider - seems that the staff forgot I was waiting. Resident was surprised to find me waiting. Provider came in quickly after I met with the resident. Provider was excellent!

The check-in was very efficient and the whole procedure was done very professionally. But unfortunately, the doctor did not provide the right diagnosis for my son's issue, which in this case was foot and mouth disease. So that was a little disappointing. We ended up going to the pediatrician the next day to get the correct diagnosis. But other than that, it was a good visit.
