The provider sent me, referred me to doctor's emergency room up the street. When I got to the emergency room, the emergency room doctor told me that that provider at the urgent care should have been able to lance assist. He did not try to lance assist. He did not do anything. He just looked at it and told me go to the emergency room. And that was very unprofessional. So I won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend that place, urgent care, WellSTAR, to anyone.
