My only concern is the cleanliness of the building. The chairs in the lobby need to be replace and the building needs a deep cleaned.

When I first got to the clinic, everyone at the front desk office where you check in at was very kind and courteous to me because I am of age of 65 years old. And they also helped me with the kiosk because I'm not used to using a computer. And that was very helpful to me. And I really hope that they reach out and help other customers at other times. And the doctor and nurses were very kind and helpful. And I thank you. Have a blessed evening.

The doctor that was on staff that day when I came in was very professional. He was listening. He was very, much more paying attention, very calm, and he did his job great. I really appreciate that doctor.

Staff was courteous and professional. Everything was explained and all my concerns were addressed. The office was very clean.

I waited for 45 mins to the provider - seems that the staff forgot I was waiting. Resident was surprised to find me waiting. Provider came in quickly after I met with the resident. Provider was excellent!

The check-in was very efficient and the whole procedure was done very professionally. But unfortunately, the doctor did not provide the right diagnosis for my son's issue, which in this case was foot and mouth disease. So that was a little disappointing. We ended up going to the pediatrician the next day to get the correct diagnosis. But other than that, it was a good visit.

Well, first off, you've got these heavy doors that no senior center can, senior citizen can open it. And then when the doctor was leaving, told me he was going to take me out of the room, take me to the waiting room. I was following him, but then everybody just let that door go and it fell on me.
