PA Dufour diagnosed my UTI which was my complaint but recognized my tachycardia and strongly suggested I go to the ER because he was concerned I was getting sepsis. I went to the ER and was admitted for two days to treat the sepsis which was diagnosed there. I appreciate him not just giving me a prescription and sending me home.

Well, the visit was good. The only issue that I have, and that's why I said mostly, is because they didn't have extensive equipment to delve into my issue a little deeper. And that was my only problem. I had to go to my regular doctor as a backing. So that was my issue.

The provider sent me, referred me to doctor's emergency room up the street. When I got to the emergency room, the emergency room doctor told me that that provider at the urgent care should have been able to lance assist. He did not try to lance assist. He did not do anything. He just looked at it and told me go to the emergency room. And that was very unprofessional. So I won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend that place, urgent care, WellSTAR, to anyone.
