And I've always really appreciated and, you know, Dr. Conkright listens to everything that I say and always gives me plenty of time, you know, and answers whatever I need to know.

Hi, I waited an hour and 15 minutes. Plus, I waited on the hallway and then I waited in the room. To improve the time of waiting, it should be easy, because we make appointments. What is the reason I have an appointment if I cannot get within 15-20 minutes of that appointment? Thank you.
