The doctor was kind understanding and patient. He listened, and he explained to me what I needed to know. Made me feel as if I was his regular patient. I felt very comfortable with him and he was patient with me. The most important thing he didn't think that I was losing my mind. He was very supportive and caring. Dr. Conkright has been our family physician for over 20 years and he's excellent. And the front desk staff is good. His nurse is great. The only thing that's difficult is working with AU, the billing and answering the phones. Otherwise, everything's great.

Everyone inside the actual office was extremely professional and friendly. The girls at the very front desk could be a little bit more friendly. They were paying a little bit more attention to their nails and kind of stuff than they were and just seemed kind of disinterested. Just a little bit more engaging. But as far as everyone, the nurses and everyone in the back area, fantastic. Very verbal. Very, like I said, engaging. Questions, friendly, professional. And then, of course, when it came to Dr. Conkright, I mean, you couldn't ask for better. He's extremely professional, extremely engaged, extremely wants to know what's going on with you, wants to know what's going on with your family. So an IE, everything that's going around around you that might be affecting you also that he needs to take in consideration.
