I am an existing patient, yet could not believe the amount of forms I had to sign,approve, etc. A wristband for a basic physical in the office, really? My doctor is great, but the "process" needs to be streamlined.

Front office staff seems disorganized. Medical assistants to do not respond quickly. Understaffed physician- only 1 in practice. Practice needs a manager with experience.

Dr Cheeley is very informative, and listens to the patient. Unfortunately the office is not the best by far. Return calls are non existent. Has been unable to get the VA billing correct even there is a letter on file for total PCP care for myself.
