I like and trust Dr. Cheeley but both the pharmacy and I have a lot of difficulty if we need to contact the office for assistance outside of a regular visit. The pharmacy has told me on multiple occasions that they were unable to get anybody in the office to respond to their calls for refills. Also incorrect prescriptions have been called in on a couple of occasions, once the drug itself and another time the dosage.

Dr. Cheeley was very respectful and asked me lots of questions and took time with me, answered any questions of my concerns. The staff was very friendly. Everybody seemed very professional. The only thing I could say is that the waiting room could use a little updating. That's it.

He said that he wouldn't see me today even after I asked to go ahead with the appointment and then he suggested that I find another Doctor.
