Your appointment reminders via irritating, incessant, texts, emails, and phone calls are off the chart. I do not have dementia, am not a child, have no incident of ever missing or being late for an appointment. Knock it the hell off!

I dislike the practice of asking me questions about the exact information I just answered on my on-line preparation before arriving at your offices. Further, your nurse asks some of the same questions when I arrive in the exam room. Very wasteful of my time and theirs. Please fix this.
