This was my first time meeting Dr Cheeley. He was knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, and caring. It was obvious that he had read my chart before seeing me. I was very impressed with his willingness to be available for questions or any medical need. He answered all my questions and made me feel like he was knowledgeable about my needs.

One thing that I would like to see done differently is for someone to call back after the labs are complete and after we get the labs, especially if there is anything that's abnormal. I would really like to get a call back from the doctor.

Just because the Dr. prescribed medication- does not mean that the medication was recieved by me.... On two occasions CVS advised me (e-mail) I had prescriptions ready - when I went to pick them up I was told that there was nothing... Switched to Publix Pharmacy and still can't get the prescription that I have run out of... Weak link somewhere....

Please take off the question about handwashing. If they do it outside I would not be able to answer. They don't wash in the exam room so I can't answer correctly.

Dr. Cheeley, Nurse Lauren and staff are very cordial and willilng to help when they see one needs assistance. Dr. Cheeley takes time with patients, asked questions as to their health in between office visits, answers questions. In my opinion, Dr. Cheeley and staff are the A-Team.

The whole process seemed Automated, the provider has so many patients that there is no personal care, just a matter of getting as many patients through as fast as possible, My previous Dr. made an effort to spend time with me, though it frustrated him to the assembly line approach to health care, I know it is dollar driven but somehow not right.
