This was my first visit and it was routine, so I'm just beginning to know the doctor and practice so I didn't rate at the very top. I was impressed with office and staff efficiency. Although I wasn't rushed by nurses and doctor, I was aware of their intention to stay on time-a good thing for all.

Dr. Cheeley was really, really, had great bedside manner and answered any questions and concerns I had about some new medication I wanted to get on. Also, he gave me the definite, you know, helpful tips of why I should or should not take the medication and was very well hears in explaining that to me, which was amazing and helpful for me in the decisions I make medical-wise. And he was just very, I knew I was his last patient and he was, I had no problem with that. He completely answered all of my questions and stayed there as long as it took, which I really appreciated. Thank you.

Dr cheeleys part & staff was excellent, but the appointment days before sucked I waited over an hour for a five minute procedure with no explanation as to why or apology for the wait. This is not acceptable.

I realize doctors and staff can be under time restraints at times, but was quite content with the time given me by Dr. Cheeley and his concern for my well being. I do have one complaint. Had to have blood work. Person put needle in with true precision, but suddenly felt like it went clear to my elbow. Have never experienced that and made me jump with the pain. No "I'm sorry" or and excuse made.

He is very good about explaining about medical info and I never feel like it's a rushed appointment. I also love how the office keeps appointments on track as far as getting me in there and not having to sit in the lobby for a long wait. It's a very well run office! Great doctor, great staff and great office!
