My husband and I signed on with tjis practice three years ago, and it keeps improving with each visit across every aspect from front office interactions to -house surgery visits.

Dr Cheeley is pleasant & seems genuinely concerned with my health needs.

Everyone is always pleasant and prompt. Nurses should review latest recommendations on correct measurements of blood pressure such as appropriate size of cuff, arm supported near heart level, not talking during measurement. Today my cuff was too small and measurement was made with my arm hanging down since there was nothing to support it properly. Failure to comply results in false elevation of blood pressure which is then a part of the medical record.

I was disappointed in the wellcare not letting me know that my cartelogist had moved and was no longer available.

Dr. Cheeley, he's very knowledgeable, attentive, and answers all my questions. I feel like I've had a good exam when I leave there. The staff that helped with me on my admission and everything getting in there were very knowledgeable and courteous. And I would recommend that to anybody that I come in contact that needs a doctor. The office staff was uncordial and dismissive. Albeit my visit was at the end of working hours. The doctor was great.

Lorasapam on paper work sent to Caremark. I've called Publix because I'm totally out of lorasapam and won't receive medication from Caremark for at least a week. I'm concerned what will happen to me as it's a controlled substance.
