Everyone is always pleasant and prompt. Nurses should review latest recommendations on correct measurements of blood pressure such as appropriate size of cuff, arm supported near heart level, not talking during measurement. Today my cuff was too small and measurement was made with my arm hanging down since there was nothing to support it properly. Failure to comply results in false elevation of blood pressure which is then a part of the medical record.

I was disappointed in the wellcare not letting me know that my cartelogist had moved and was no longer available.

The staff that helped with me on my admission and everything getting in there were very knowledgeable and courteous. And I would recommend that to anybody that I come in contact that needs a doctor.
