The front office or your internal systems lacks efficiency. As a patient if I took the time to do e-check in, when I get to my appointment I should not have to re-do my paperwork. All my information should feed into your system. It's very annoying to have to provide the same information I already provided. As for lab work: please verify that your lab techs know how to draw blood correctly. I was poked several times and the needle was manipulated very painfully in my vein before the tech got it right.

Only complaint is Wellstar form that must be signed before allowed treatment. Why is there a section on if you give a phone #(required by the way) they can give info to advertisers & marketers. That has nothing to do with medical treatment, insurance, legal etc. As medical providers are already a source of or target of hackers I find this abominable. I made them print out form circled those, wrote no not allowed before signing though doubt that will stop them. This type of information harvesting needs to stop!

Yes, the only thing that I love my, I love Dr. Denton. The only thing that I don't like is that she is fully, fully booked, that you can't come in to see her anytime or whatever. You have to wait out like the whole year in order to see her in case that you might need to see her and you would have to, you know, come and see someone else or the nurse or something like that. That's the only thing that I dislike. But I love, you know, my doctor. I love her. But that's the only thing that I dislike.
