1) my daughter fainted while leaving the exam room and the staff was amazing in helping take care of her 2) the doctor noticed I was taking notes and said not to worry because all the information she was telling me would be in my exit paperwork. Well, I got no exit paperwork and when I called to get the information, I was stuck in the web of WellStar and got no where. I tried to go through the MyChart and both my daughter and I have no access. So we don't know what the doctor told us to do and have no way of finding out

My child had to wait nearly 2 hours past her scheduled appointment time to be seen by the doctor. The doctor said she had no idea we had waited that long. I had inquired with staff at different times throughout our wait to find out why my daughter had not been seen yet by the provider. They responded that there was one patient ahead of us. That did not make sense since we were in fact early for my child's appointment. Why would we need to wait nearly 2 hours past that time to be seen?

All the things that were discussed were in detail and all my questions have been answered in very good detail and I had no issues with not getting anything answered. Everything was answered very correctly and it was very informational to me on what was going on with my daughter.

I would like to say that this experience has been the worst I've ever seen. He had an appointment with Pete Sarge at 9 o'clock and went Dr Goie at 9:30 and nobody called him from the waiting room. He waited from 845 until 12 o'clock and no one called him back to be seen so my husband got mad and left now I have to reschedule the appointments which is very inconvenient as me and my husband both work and now he's at the point where he said he's not taking them back up there so all the responsibility is left on me now and I am not happy

After sitting in the exam room for 20 minutes or so I had to step out of the room and ask how much longer we were going to wait because our son had another appointment he was going to be late for. At that time the doctor came in and met with us. She apologized for the long wait and listened to our concerns. But a patient should not have to step out of their room to ask how much longer they have to wait for the doctor when they arrive for their appointment on time. Before attending the appointment we were told that this department tends to run very slow. And that was our experience.

The only thing I would say that I've had issues with this visit and then visits in the past is I feel as though we're always waiting for, you know, and sometimes up to two to three hours to be seen, which can be very difficult, you know, with a young child with autism.

Waited another 30 minutes in the exam room only to be told that gastro got "stuck" with treating high cholesterol and the only thing they do is offer statins.

And because of Dr. Goe's diligence, because she spends time listening, because she gave the right advice, the right medication, and the right care, my daughter lives a perfectly normal life now.

My child had to wait nearly 2 hours past her scheduled appointment time to be seen by the doctor. The doctor said she had no idea we had waited that long. I had inquired with staff at different times throughout our wait to find out why my daughter had not been seen yet by the provider. They responded that there was one patient ahead of us. That did not make sense since we were in fact early for my child's appointment. Why would we need to wait nearly 2 hours past that time to be seen?

1) my daughter fainted while leaving the exam room and the staff was amazing in helping take care of her 2) the doctor noticed I was taking notes and said not to worry because all the information she was telling me would be in my exit paperwork. Well, I got no exit paperwork and when I called to get the information, I was stuck in the web of WellStar and got no where. I tried to go through the MyChart and both my daughter and I have no access. So we don't know what the doctor told us to do and have no way of finding out
