The nurse practitioner there is not professional and she's not listening to anything.She just wanna say what you want to say and she's not even concerned about how much I was hurting , and I was not appreciated her at all.

My grandson was see by the PA on duty ! She was irritable and unfriendly! He was noted with diarrhea and prescribed an antibiotic with potential to cause same, which I discontinued. He also has ASD. Diarrhea not addressed during visit .Spoke with Nurse @ Acworth (Wellstar) peds line, getting better advice. I felt like visit was wasted as person on duty working seemed like she did not want to be bothered.

Yes, the young lady that did the EKG, I believe it was, she was very professional. She did a good job. She did make me feel comfortable, but I don't know if she was a nurse or what. I guess she was just a technician. And the lady that came in afterwards, after she read the EKG, she never identified herself. I don't know if she was just a nurse practitioner or if she was just a doctor, but I would recommend her to anyone else. All right, thank you. Have a good day. Bye.

The provider seemed rushed, however, did do everything that we needed her to do. However, the nurse was exceptionally pleasant. She was very, very sweet, very concerned, very professional, and really made us feel a lot better.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend this urgent care is that it was impossible to get someone on the phone after I left. I had issues with my prescription going through to the pharmacy and after calling 5(!!!) times and being put on hold or listening to dial tones without any real solution, I had to go back in person to get my problem resolved. Absolutely ridiculous to put a sick person through that. Please improve your phone system.

We ended up going to our PCP the next morning. We received a diagnosis of a sinus infection and was given prescription to clear that up from PCP.

I have been to this facility multiple times in the 15 years and I can saw with 100% certainty that this facility and staff and amazing. I work within the healthcare field (technology) so I am aware as to the challenges that providers face on a daily basis. This entire team is first class and always has been.

The nurses and staff were nice . The doctor came in and she seemed mad we were there. I have a bad cough and I have a bad sinus infection and drainage. All she gave me was coughing pills . I ended up going back to CVS Miunte Clinic. I want my money. Since doctor doesn't care to help us .

Every time I see this provider she acts rushed, cuts me off while I'm answering the questions she asked me, and isn't kind. In fact, if I had known she was going to be the provider for the day I would have chosen a different urgent care. Everyone else I have seen at this urgent care is amazing.

The staff was excellent at this facility. There was no wait time. They were very astute and effective and on top of everything. And I accidentally answered a question wrong. There was nothing negative I had to say about this facility. Excellent. I will go back and I will recommend it.

Its respective to knock on the door not burst through it. It would be nice if the dr. Would had said Hi and introduce herself first not walking Im saying whats wrong like we interrupted her day. Last if we are ask what happen listening instead of cutting us also would be nice. Then we would not have to repeat ourselves again.

I'll start off with the good things and say that I love the facility itself. The wait time during the day isn't bad at all whenever I visit and the front staff is always great. My concern is Veronica D Delaney, NP. Every time I visit she has a very dismissive demeanor and tone. I've either had a few questions written up or just asked a few questions(only 2-3 questions max that concerns the reason for my visit). She's always answered them super briefly as if she was ready to dismiss me or get me out of there. Once I ask my questions she first responds with "excuse me??" in an aggravated tone and facial expression. I'm a sweet and soft spoken girl to everyone I come in contact with and I don't know her personally, so Veronica D Delaney, NP's attitude, demeanor, and dismissive tone is a big concern for me. I've left my visits sad and confused. Everyone who I've dealt with in her position or similar at other urgent care facilities do not embody these traits at all. I wonder how she treats other patients and even the other staff.. Thank you for listening!

I've been to the facility on a few occasions, and for the most part, I've had a great experience. The wait time is short. Most staff is courteous, but I did notice on my last visit with my son, the physician seemed a little annoyed. I don't know if she may have been going through some personal issues, but I definitely felt kind of a rushed energy. Maybe, I don't know if she might feel overworked, but just wanted to kind of note that that position wasn't the most friendly in terms of that side manner. But other than that, I would still return to disability.

The care provider didn't even look at my chart. She just assumed that I had arthritis from pre-existing, that that's what the problem was. She was going to give me ibuprofen. If she looked in my file, she knows I can't take ibuprofen. So I was not pleased at all.

The NP, Veronica Delaney gave me the worst experience I have ever had with Wellstar. Horrible bedside manners. I did not feel heard. My pain was not addressed. My questions were not openly answered. When i went back to read the Google review it's aligned with others experience with this provider. The gentleman at the front desk and the nurse was amazing.

The front office staff and the medical assistants were pleasant. My issues came in when speaking with the Nurse Practitioner, Veronica. She did not show concern for the viral sinus infection I had for over a week and did not listen to the pain I mentioned I had. This was the second time I was seen by her and both times was brushed off by her with the health concerns I had. It felt like I was being treated as someone who was seeking drugs or not taken seriously. As someone who has always came to this location once moving to Cobb, I am highly disappointed in the treatment I have gotten from this nurse. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home, but I refuse to be seen by her if I have to go back to this location. I love coming to Wellstar and the health accessibility that is provided to all regardless of race or demographics, but have not felt this way when seeing Nurse Veronica.

Everyone showed much concern for my complaints from the front desk personnel to the very very friendly nurse that waited on me, and she called me 3 days later to check on me. My NP asked questions about my concerns and asked did she answer my questions. Explained my meds & needs. Great staff!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Practitioner Veronica at The WellStar at Cobb. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely unheard and dismissed regarding my health concerns. Rather than receiving compassionate care, I felt that my symptoms were minimized and not taken seriously. Additionally, the overall customer service I received was poor - I did not feel respected or supported during my visit. I hope this feedback encourages better patient communication and attentiveness in the future.

Unfortunately, I got a strep test and the quick test came back negative, but they did not send it out for cultures. I had to come back and do another urgent care visit because I do in fact have strep throat and the new doctor sent a test out for cultures.

The nurses and staff were nice . The doctor came in and she seemed mad we were there. I have a bad cough and I have a bad sinus infection and drainage. All she gave me was coughing pills . I ended up going back to CVS Miunte Clinic. I want my money. Since doctor doesn't care to help us .

The only reason I wouldn't recommend this urgent care is that it was impossible to get someone on the phone after I left. I had issues with my prescription going through to the pharmacy and after calling 5(!!!) times and being put on hold or listening to dial tones without any real solution, I had to go back in person to get my problem resolved. Absolutely ridiculous to put a sick person through that. Please improve your phone system.

Its respective to knock on the door not burst through it. It would be nice if the dr. Would had said Hi and introduce herself first not walking Im saying whats wrong like we interrupted her day. Last if we are ask what happen listening instead of cutting us also would be nice. Then we would not have to repeat ourselves again.

The front office staff and the medical assistants were pleasant. My issues came in when speaking with the Nurse Practitioner, Veronica. She did not show concern for the viral sinus infection I had for over a week and did not listen to the pain I mentioned I had. This was the second time I was seen by her and both times was brushed off by her with the health concerns I had. It felt like I was being treated as someone who was seeking drugs or not taken seriously. As someone who has always came to this location once moving to Cobb, I am highly disappointed in the treatment I have gotten from this nurse. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home, but I refuse to be seen by her if I have to go back to this location. I love coming to Wellstar and the health accessibility that is provided to all regardless of race or demographics, but have not felt this way when seeing Nurse Veronica.

I've been to the facility on a few occasions, and for the most part, I've had a great experience. The wait time is short. Most staff is courteous, but I did notice on my last visit with my son, the physician seemed a little annoyed. I don't know if she may have been going through some personal issues, but I definitely felt kind of a rushed energy. Maybe, I don't know if she might feel overworked, but just wanted to kind of note that that position wasn't the most friendly in terms of that side manner. But other than that, I would still return to disability.

Unfortunately, I got a strep test and the quick test came back negative, but they did not send it out for cultures. I had to come back and do another urgent care visit because I do in fact have strep throat and the new doctor sent a test out for cultures.

Everyone showed much concern for my complaints from the front desk personnel to the very very friendly nurse that waited on me, and she called me 3 days later to check on me. My NP asked questions about my concerns and asked did she answer my questions. Explained my meds & needs. Great staff!!!!

Yes, the young lady that did the EKG, I believe it was, she was very professional. She did a good job. She did make me feel comfortable, but I don't know if she was a nurse or what. I guess she was just a technician. And the lady that came in afterwards, after she read the EKG, she never identified herself. I don't know if she was just a nurse practitioner or if she was just a doctor, but I would recommend her to anyone else. All right, thank you. Have a good day. Bye.

My grandson was see by the PA on duty ! She was irritable and unfriendly! He was noted with diarrhea and prescribed an antibiotic with potential to cause same, which I discontinued. He also has ASD. Diarrhea not addressed during visit .Spoke with Nurse @ Acworth (Wellstar) peds line, getting better advice. I felt like visit was wasted as person on duty working seemed like she did not want to be bothered.

My concern is Veronica D Delaney, NP. Every time I visit she has a very dismissive demeanor and tone. I've either had a few questions written up or just asked a few questions(only 2-3 questions max that concerns the reason for my visit). She's always answered them super briefly as if she was ready to dismiss me or get me out of there. Once I ask my questions she first responds with "excuse me??" in an aggravated tone and facial expression. I'm a sweet and soft spoken girl to everyone I come in contact with and I don't know her personally, so Veronica D Delaney, NP's attitude, demeanor, and dismissive tone is a big concern for me. I've left my visits sad and confused. Everyone who I've dealt with in her position or similar at other urgent care facilities do not embody these traits at all. I wonder how she treats other patients and even the other staff.. Thank you for listening!

The care provider didn't even look at my chart. She just assumed that I had arthritis from pre-existing, that that's what the problem was. She was going to give me ibuprofen. If she looked in my file, she knows I can't take ibuprofen. So I was not pleased at all.
