The visit was great over all but the xray tech did not ask me if there was any possibility that I could be pregnant before doing my X-rays. I thought that was a mandatory question when seeing a female.

The front office staff, the nurse was great. They are phenomenal, excellent, but the actual provider was the worst provider I've ever encountered in my 48 years. She was nasty. Her bedside manner was awful and she did not provide me with good care. Again, the front office staff, the actual nurse that I saw was great. I love both of them. It was a young man and a young lady, but the actual provider that I saw has a nasty bedside manner. And because of her, I will not go back to that WellSTAR and I was a new patient there and would have loved to have gone back because it's very convenient to where I work. But now I will travel further because of her bedside manner. And I have tried to call the office manager to leave a message and I have not been able to speak with them.

The doctor did not show any sign of empathy or care for my issues. She offered to do a flu and Covid test but the noted it would take 15 minutes to get the results and completely disregarded it at the end. She was in a hurry to get in and get out. Worst experience ever.

The nurse practitioner that saw us was almost rude. I get that there is a need for speed in an urgent care situation, but she barely listened to our concerns. She almost yelled at my 7 year old son when he didn't understand her instructions on the first try. I realize she isn't in pediatrics, but some sense of "nice" would help.

She said no. I asked if I could go sit down and she just responded yes. During the entire visit in the waiting room and the examination room there was a nurse constantly complaining about the amount of work and how busy they were. I was the only patient visibly there. It only stopped when the doctor walked in to my room. She looked like she wasn't pleased but was kind to me.
