I received the wrong discharge papers that belonged to another customer. I informed the facility that they gave me the wrong discharge papers.

I was visiting the office because I have shingles. I called before coming in to let them know why I was coming in because there was no option on the drop-down menu for shingles, on the online page where I was scheduling my visit. The person who answered the phone assured me that it was something that was something they could handle. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk let me know this was something they took care of in the office but in case they didn't, I would be refunded the 220 that I spent out of pocket. The nurse seemed very short with me as if she did not want to help and was irritated that I was even there. I explained everything in detail to her and she said there was basically nothing they could do and I would have to visit my primary care physician. She recommended that I take some over the counter anti-inflammatories like Advil or Aleve. Does she not know that Advil and Aleve are not meant to help nerve pain and do not help shingles? I think she needed to do a little bit of AI research before trying to give silly information. I would never go back to that location because of the terrible experience with that nurse. Her attitude was gross. I was refunded my money but the visit was still a complete waste of my time.

I believe that she could have taken our information much more quickly than we could have entered it. So I highly recommend getting rid of the kiosk. Person to person is a whole lot better. The nurse practitioner, I was expecting to see a doctor, but the nurse practitioner came in and she was not the most best at bedside manner, I guess. She just seemed really, okay, I'm here. Let's get this over with. What's the problem? She didn't look at my throat.

I thought the provider was a little brash and this wasn't my first time dealing with her. I thought that the last time she was the exact same way. She gave some pretty good information, but I don't think she delved in deep enough and kind of just threw it off to the side as if it was nothing that was going on with my child. Again, I'm really not a sensitive person. You don't leave people bad reviews, but I think she could probably be a little bit better customer service and listen to the people that come in a little bit better.

And the nurse that came and got us, even with the doctor, everybody that was included took my information, all very, just very nice, overly kind, explained everything, constantly washed their hands when they tested me or did something, showed me where my room was. It was very polite and goodbye. Have a good night. I enjoyed them all. They were like family to me. Love them. Don't have anything else to change.
