The NP was very matter of fact in my examination. Didn't feel like it was a thorough exam, just ordered xrays and then I had to wait over an hour for the xrays to be read. Was rarely updated on the status, but told they needed to be read by a radiologist at the hospital. Would not return for any type of injury...

The doctor did not show any sign of empathy or care for my issues. She offered to do a flu and Covid test but the noted it would take 15 minutes to get the results and completely disregarded it at the end. She was in a hurry to get in and get out. Worst experience ever.

Nurse was very gentle with our son and it was the first time he didn't cry from getting swabbed. The doctor was very professional and explained everything in detail.

The nurse practitioner that saw us was almost rude. I get that there is a need for speed in an urgent care situation, but she barely listened to our concerns. She almost yelled at my 7 year old son when he didn't understand her instructions on the first try. I realize she isn't in pediatrics, but some sense of "nice" would help.
