I thought the provider was a little brash and this wasn't my first time dealing with her. I thought that the last time she was the exact same way. She gave some pretty good information, but I don't think she delved in deep enough and kind of just threw it off to the side as if it was nothing that was going on with my child. Again, I'm really not a sensitive person. You don't leave people bad reviews, but I think she could probably be a little bit better customer service and listen to the people that come in a little bit better.

The moment I walked in, the lady that I think she's considered like the registar, extremely nice, very pleasant, very homely loving, kind of like family. And the nurse that came and got us, even with the doctor, everybody that was included took my information, all very, just very nice, overly kind, explained everything, constantly washed their hands when they tested me or did something, showed me where my room was. It was very polite and goodbye. Have a good night. I enjoyed them all. They were like family to me. Love them. Don't have anything else to change.

The front office staff, the nurse was great. They are phenomenal, excellent, but the actual provider was the worst provider I've ever encountered in my 48 years. She was nasty. Her bedside manner was awful and she did not provide me with good care. Again, the front office staff, the actual nurse that I saw was great. I love both of them. It was a young man and a young lady, but the actual provider that I saw has a nasty bedside manner. And because of her, I will not go back to that WellSTAR and I was a new patient there and would have loved to have gone back because it's very convenient to where I work. But now I will travel further because of her bedside manner. And I have tried to call the office manager to leave a message and I have not been able to speak with them.

Was rarely updated on the status, but told they needed to be read by a radiologist at the hospital. Would not return for any type of injury...
