The PA examined me without once touching me. She didn't feel for swollen lymph nodes. It seemed like she already had a diagnosis in mind before she entered the room.

We found this facility for my wife through ZocDoc. ZocDoc took all of our information, including insurance, et cetera, et cetera. We made the appointment. We showed up at the right place at the right time, and the urgent care facility had no idea that we were coming. Your connection through ZocDoc, although it's advertised, is not connected. And so we ended up waiting over an hour because they did not expect our arrival. And yet the ZocDoc app showed that there were nine positions available for appointments, and in fact there were nine positions available for appointments. And we made our appointment for 1 o'clock, and 1 o'clock was open when we got there. So your disconnect or something happened, and that was a bother. Thank you.

My provider blamed all of my problems on anxiety and when looking over the medical notes after my visit she listed many of my complaints that I told to her as not being mentioned at all. The overall experience felt very dismissive and I didn't receive any information on how to help my actual problem I came in for. I left very upset and feeling like I never should have gone in the first place.

The check in process is cumbersome and time consuming. Not augmenting the touch screen with staff is a big mistake and certainly impacted my impression of the operation. Furthermore when I checked in on my chart it told me to go to the kiosk to check in when I finally was able to check in at the kiosk it told me I'd already had checked in. Big waste of time.
