The front office staff was absolutely amazing! The nurse was so nice and helpful to me and my family when we were under the weather. The provider did her job reluctantly. It was almost like she was doing me a favor by seeing us. I have 2 little ones and she treated them like adults. I understand working in healthcare is hard. But having a hard job with an ugly attitude won't make it better.

My NP did well with the clinical diagnosis and solution. But her demeanor was detached and unsympathetic. I had difficulty getting on and off the table due to back pain and despite being inches away, no help was offered. She cut me off abruptly as I started to explaining why my diarrhea probably was not a symptom of my back pain but of a surgery with a curt "I'm asking about your back pain." Very cold attitude for a health care professionals. There were no other patients in the waiting room when I went and when I left.

I thought a doctor would be available but was told only the nurse was there that day. The nurse didn't thoroughly examine me. She didn't feel under my chin after I asked since it was tender. She didn't look in my nose or throat, only looking at blood test from several weeks ago. It seemed like she was relying more on the blood test and didn't really hear me. She kept mentioning a cough that i didnt say i had and prescribed cough medicine. I left no better than when I arrived.

After reviewing the clinical notes and after visit summary from my visit, I did not feel that it was an accurate reflection of what was discussed. Specifically, I was told by the provider that I had eczema but my after visit summary noted the diagnosis as contact dermatitis (which is not the same thing). I felt that the nurse was very nice, but the provider (in my opinion) was somewhat dismissive of my concerns.

Rudeness is not acceptable .I have never been treated like that at that office. Everyone has always been caring when I have been there in the past

Well the provider seem as if she was annoyed. She entered the room with an irritated energy. Then when I asked her a question about a term she used she seemed very annoyed. Im not a medical expert so yes my question might be dumb but I didn't know. This will be my 2nd and final last time every visited this urgent care. Every time things turn out bad for me.

Rushed through the conversation and I felt should have given better directions as well as put it in writing. Next, she was gone and then left feeling that I had more questions. What a waste of time.
