So I didn't like the fact I had to pay for advice. I don't like just wasting money to be told, Oh, you gotta go somewhere else. I would like to just be told that ahead of time before I clear my money to the nurse kind of had an attitude. At least I felt what she did. And then she tried to correct me because I didn't say doctor or whatever. for her position is, I don't appreciate that. Sometimes some things just let it ride. That's called kind of manners. Also, when I was explaining to her that I wanted something done, I understand she couldn't do anything, but she definitely had like a little attitude back concerning, I wouldn't stay back here this long if I wasn't, if I was just doing this.

The staff is always so pleasant and courteous. The facility is clean and quiet. Dr. Tyra is Awesome. I will always come here for our non emergency needs.

So my visit on Sunday was my very first one to WellSTAR Urgent Care on Delk Road, beginning with the telephone call. It was the person who greeted me at the front desk, very robotic-like, very attitudy, very nonchalant, and very short, and kind of condescending. Her behavior over the phone matched her behavior in person. no good, bad, sad manner. Okay, beginning with the other two people I dealt with, they were nice. The doctor, not so much. She actually told me I didn't know what I was talking about in regards to what my insurance company had paid for in the past, and she did not accommodate me. When I called back, everyone was not really trying to hear what I was talking about. They told me there was no alternative, but then

I walked in very weak due to a nauseous condition and dizziness I experienced all morning long, and was hoping to get some I.V. recovery due to my body not holding up anything, but was told it was not needed,also I was expecting to have a blood test in hope of finding what was the reason, but was told that due to limited resources it was not possible. I was discharged with some medication to stop the nausea and my dizziness. And was told that it appears I was getting some kind of virus. I think a blood test would have expedited the results for a follow up with my Primary doctor.
