Dr. Harris is awesome. This was the second time I've had the privilege of seeing her for a visit to this urgent care. She's so personable and easy to talk to, I told her I wish she had a family practice! The team is also great, and I like that I can pre-schedule the same day appointments for urgent needs. I was in and out in just about 1 hour.

And my two times that I visit the urgent care, the reception area was excellent and the doctor was excellent explaining everything that she saw me for. Really good, good feedback and I will definitely refer my friends to it and my family.

The care was fine...what wasn't fine was: 1. We stood out front for over 15 minutes in the cold because the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. 2. The room I was placed in had droplets of blood on the floor, and a piece of something possibly used on another patient that had to be from a previous day since I was the first person in that room. 3. I needed an X-ray per the Dr, but the machine was down, yet no accomodations were made to send me to another location to complete this part of my care.

The experience was good but the waiting time was too long considering it was an urgent care. I believe there should be at least 2 doctors and 2 receptionist must be present to reduce the wait time. Overall all the staff were good and responsive. Specially the nurse mam from Tyra Harris's office.

The doctor didn't read my medical records and was going to prescribe a medicine that I'm allergic to and only correct it when I questioned the injection I was going to take, then she prescribed another medicine that the pharmacy said was from the same family as Diclofenac, which I'm allergic to.

All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, from the person at the reception to the nurses, the X-ray technician, and the doctor. I am very pleased. I am very happy with the service they provided. I have already been referred, and I have my appointment with the orthopedist.

The front desk staff, nurse, and doctor were top-notch. They all took my symptoms very seriously, listened and treated me so well. They all even wished me well as I left. This is my favorite urgent care that I've ever been to... And I've been here multiple times... And every time has been incredibly helpful

I think that the front office staff was very helpful and informative. I think that the assistants in the back were pretty helpful as well. And they did a good job, they're professional. And Dr. Harris, I just appreciate her professionalism and how she was able to diagnose and assess what the issue was and gave me you know, some options and an internal option. And I've been, you know, doing well since. But overall, I think that all of the staff did very well, including Ms. Harris, Ms. Patricia as well. So everyone did a great job. Very happy to have come to this WellStar.

Front office staff very courteous! Medical assistant empathetic and professional. Physician direct, empathetic, and spot on with her dx and tx. It's now 3 days post visit and following her directions has improved my condition 75%.

It is absolutely unfair that you don't take my Anthem BCBS insurance. One of the largest providers in the state. And no, I don't care that it's because you don't take my Pathway insurance from Anthem. Just another perfect example of how unfair our health care system is.

So I didn't like the fact I had to pay for advice. I don't like just wasting money to be told, Oh, you gotta go somewhere else. I would like to just be told that ahead of time before I clear my money to the nurse kind of had an attitude. At least I felt what she did. And then she tried to correct me because I didn't say doctor or whatever. for her position is, I don't appreciate that. Sometimes some things just let it ride. That's called kind of manners. Also, when I was explaining to her that I wanted something done, I understand she couldn't do anything, but she definitely had like a little attitude back concerning, I wouldn't stay back here this long if I wasn't, if I was just doing this.

And I've been, you know, doing well since. But overall, I think that all of the staff did very well, including Ms. Harris, Ms. Patricia as well. So everyone did a great job. Very happy to have come to this WellStar.

The front desk staff, nurse, and doctor were top-notch. They all took my symptoms very seriously, listened and treated me so well. They all even wished me well as I left. This is my favorite urgent care that I've ever been to... And I've been here multiple times... And every time has been incredibly helpful

All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, from the person at the reception to the nurses, the X-ray technician, and the doctor. I am very pleased. I am very happy with the service they provided. I have already been referred, and I have my appointment with the orthopedist.

The doctor didn't read my medical records and was going to prescribe a medicine that I'm allergic to and only correct it when I questioned the injection I was going to take, then she prescribed another medicine that the pharmacy said was from the same family as Diclofenac, which I'm allergic to.

The experience was good but the waiting time was too long considering it was an urgent care. I believe there should be at least 2 doctors and 2 receptionist must be present to reduce the wait time. Overall all the staff were good and responsive. Specially the nurse mam from Tyra Harris's office.

The care was fine...what wasn't fine was: 1. We stood out front for over 15 minutes in the cold because the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. 2. The room I was placed in had droplets of blood on the floor, and a piece of something possibly used on another patient that had to be from a previous day since I was the first person in that room. 3. I needed an X-ray per the Dr, but the machine was down, yet no accomodations were made to send me to another location to complete this part of my care.

And my two times that I visit the urgent care, the reception area was excellent and the doctor was excellent explaining everything that she saw me for. Really good, good feedback and I will definitely refer my friends to it and my family.

Dr. Harris is awesome. This was the second time I've had the privilege of seeing her for a visit to this urgent care. She's so personable and easy to talk to, I told her I wish she had a family practice! The team is also great, and I like that I can pre-schedule the same day appointments for urgent needs. I was in and out in just about 1 hour.
