Dr. Harris and her staff are angels. This place should be an example to other offices what a doctors office should be like. They were very courteous, patient, caring, knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. They seem to legitimately care. Their diagnosis and medication seems to be on the money as I'm feeling better already. Then they went above and beyond to send two different people to the parking lot to jump start our car. ???

Everyone was very nice. I don't recall seeing anybody wash their hands, but you didn't have that option so I selected no. I was kind of treated for bronchitis and pneumonia. Even though my pneumonia test was negative, but I wasn't really given any advice if things don't get better. I called back today and got some follow up cause I wasn't clear on my options.

Dr. Harris was great, but she was the only provider on staff and I had to wait for an hour after vitals done for consultation. Afterall, it is an urgent care facility.

The front office staff and assistants were very empathetic and upheld the expectations that would be of any clinical staff. The physician however carries such a lack of humility and demeaning approach that it is not only offensive but frustration provoking. I as a clinician should not have to explain that as employment to receive the rudimentary level of ethical and professional competence that all clients are entitled to. Dr. Harris is also very counter productive making self-awareness and accurate description of symptoms as effort to "self-diagnose". In reality, you don't walk into a dentist speaking to your discomfort in lumbar; a simple toothache requires some sense of awareness and symptomatic familiarity to even know what professional to seek a professional OPINION from. She can greatly benefit from additional CEUs on workplace ethics and communication. I would strongly encourage her to reconsider her approach, as some clients are familiar and well-versed in writing reviews to licensing boards.
