My provider was absolutely amazing. She took all the time to discuss everything I needed with me to the point that I also signed up my husband to come see her as well because she was so knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with everyone, including the amazing front desk staff that was above and beyond and so comforting and welcoming. Thank you.

I had a positive experience with the provider. My recommendation is that front office staff focus their full attention on patients during the check-in and check-out process, and reserve personal or internal conversations for their own time.

My entire care team for this appointment were very kind and attentive. I felt confident that I was being taken into account, and that was very reassuring. I can't remember the name of my NPs medical assistant at this moment, but she was very warm and took everything I said into account. Great experience.

The other thing I would like to discuss is she did not respond to anything in a very timely manner. Even concerning the CT scan yesterday, they tried to call her and ask her some questions because my child was dehydrated and they could not get the IV started and no one would answer or respond to them. So they just went ahead and sent us to the hospital and had the hospital do it. And today, she referred me to a cardiologist, but never gave me the name, the number, or any information on it.

She was very kind, very understanding, and even acknowledged some bad experience that I had had in the past with other WellSTAR doctors and apologized. She did her very best to provide a good service and gave me the treatment that I needed and gave me the referrals that I needed to multiple other places. I felt seen and heard and I really appreciated it and I hope that my wife can get signed up with the same primary care doctor. She was awesome.
