The one thing I am very unhappy about is I had a couple questions and I've tried calling in there basically three times in the last day and a half and no one's called me back. One person called me back but they couldn't answer any of the questions and I'm still waiting to talk to either the doctor or that nurse practitioner and I'm real unhappy about it. Thank you.

The staff that she had working with me that came in and took my blood pressure, and that was also assisting her, there was a student nurse assisting her. They had excellent skills, very professional. I enjoyed the experience and I look forward to continuing the relationship and building the relationship with Mitzi, the doctor, and the team.

I always find thr staff is friendly but professional. Tsitsi was exceptionally nice and repeated the directions to be sure I understood them. She even squeezed me into seeing her when my appointment was mixed up. Also front desk lady went above and beyond to get me to.to see the doctor .

I certainly intended to make a preventative care appointment, but that is not how it was coded. Someone called and left me a message that there would be a $270 charge at 3 PM the day before the appointment. I attempted to call the number that she left. After following prompts, I arrived at one that said if you have a question about an estimate for an upcoming appointment, please call your provider directly. That wasn't a helpful message to get when calling the only number I have for my provider. When I arrive for my appointment the next day, I let the man at the front desk know that I did not believe the charge was correct because I was there for preventative care appointment. He was very friendly; however, his message was you have to pay before you can go back there and you have to go back there before they can change the code. So, I pre-paid for the appointment. When I got to the back, I talked with the nurse and the doctor and the appointment code was easily changed to a physical for which the co-pay became zero dollars. At the end of my appointment, I went back to the desk to ask for a refund. The same man told me that unfortunately he got off work in 15 minutes and he had already shut down his computer and could not help me. He gave me the card of the billing department and told me to call them and they would be able to easily give me a refund. The next day, I called the billing department. The woman that I spoke to said that he could have and should have refunded me in the office but that now I would have to wait for the appointment to clear insurance and then call her again. I feel like an easily correctable error has now become an unnecessarily drawn-out mess.
