My provider has an engaged and positive provider. She had a student with her who was also positive and engaged. I sincerely recognize they are faced with tight deadlines and specific numbers of patients they treat. The provider was so much nicer and engaged than my two previous providers were judgemental and acted as though they were doing me a favor by seeing me. If you were really concerned you will take the time to see who they were. But, I doubt you will do that. Perhaps you should take time to have her be a role model for some of the others who think they better than their patients.

My only feedback would be to explain where and what yo do regarding the referrals and labs ordered at the end of the visit. I had to ask a random staffer what to do for them.

I am so thankful for nurse Star, and Ms T for seeing me today. Sometimes health care is scary, but they both were able to put my mind at ease by getting me in for an appt and subsequent tests. Support and compassion are an important part of medical care - they are both great!!! Always recommend this practice and will continue.

She took all the time to discuss everything I needed with me to the point that I also signed up my husband to come see her as well because she was so knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with everyone, including the amazing front desk staff that was above and beyond and so comforting and welcoming. Thank you.

I had a positive experience with the provider. My recommendation is that front office staff focus their full attention on patients during the check-in and check-out process, and reserve personal or internal conversations for their own time.

My entire care team for this appointment were very kind and attentive. I felt confident that I was being taken into account, and that was very reassuring. I can't remember the name of my NPs medical assistant at this moment, but she was very warm and took everything I said into account. Great experience.

The other thing I would like to discuss is she did not respond to anything in a very timely manner. Even concerning the CT scan yesterday, they tried to call her and ask her some questions because my child was dehydrated and they could not get the IV started and no one would answer or respond to them. So they just went ahead and sent us to the hospital and had the hospital do it. And today, she referred me to a cardiologist, but never gave me the name, the number, or any information on it.
