Everything and everyone was great with the exception of the blood technician why took my mother's blood. He seemed a little frustrated and agitated. He was polite but dealing with the older generation it's not a good look. You especially want them to be comfortable and my mother wasn't. You can tell he is a straight forward upfront type of person but sometimes you have to know when to be and not to be. Other than that my/our visit was exceptional! Glad to be apart of the Welstar family.

The personnel that I dealt with were totally the greatness. If I could have gave them a 15 I would have. They made my day.

My provider has an engaged and positive provider. She had a student with her who was also positive and engaged. I sincerely recognize they are faced with tight deadlines and specific numbers of patients they treat. The provider was so much nicer and engaged than my two previous providers were judgemental and acted as though they were doing me a favor by seeing me. If you were really concerned you will take the time to see who they were. But, I doubt you will do that. Perhaps you should take time to have her be a role model for some of the others who think they better than their patients.

Support and compassion are an important part of medical care - they are both great!!! Always recommend this practice and will continue.
