Your CIS (computer) was in a state of not fully operational. I appreciate Dr. Mott's expertise and staff very professional, too bad about the not fully operational computer system.

Everybody in the office was really nice. Dr. Mott answered all my questions very professionally. She understood and explained things to maybe help me along. And like I say, everything else was just fine. There's no changes need to be made to make it better that I can see. Thank you very much.
