I had a great experience with Wellstar Ear, Nose and Trough. Physician and staff were very nice and treated me with respect. The Physician listened carefully regarding my hearing loss. Physician gave clear instructions' on the procedure that was given. I was pleased with this visit.

Ms Mott made me feel like I had some type of germs. I walked with my cane and as it slipped on the floor during examination she assisted me by picking it up from the floor. The part that irritated me was she took a Kleenex tissue to pick my cane up from the floor as well as my hand pouch which she passed it over to me with a Kleenex again. If Ms Mott has a phobia with touching other people property maybe she needs to wear latex gloves during hearing testing. I did not feel comfortable during my hearing test today.
