Ms Mott made me feel like I had some type of germs. I walked with my cane and as it slipped on the floor during examination she assisted me by picking it up from the floor. The part that irritated me was she took a Kleenex tissue to pick my cane up from the floor as well as my hand pouch which she passed it over to me with a Kleenex again. If Ms Mott has a phobia with touching other people property maybe she needs to wear latex gloves during hearing testing. I did not feel comfortable during my hearing test today.

The nurses and doctor were very nice and easy to talk to and the environment was incredibly calm and made it feel very welcoming. The doctor and audiologist listened to my concern and the doctor told me the best way to treat my ENT issues. From the front desk to the back- all of those ladies were super helpful and very lovely!
