Walking into the office, the front desk was very nice, personable, and professional. I really liked them. And once I got back, the nurse, the medical assistant, she was really, really, really, really, really, really nice. We had a really great conversation. I was there for a long time because I was there for a long time. And they just were very accommodating. They made sure that I was okay. They gave me water, checked on me. Again, we had more conversation. It was okay while I waited for the doctor to work me in, because again, I was there at the wrong time. And they even gave me a room with a bed. He gave me covers. They were really, really nice. And so by the time Dr. Thomas came in, he addressed my questions and concerns, gave me an examination. He was really nice. He was thorough. And even though I was not supposed to be there, He worked me into his schedule and I still did not feel rushed.
