From the front office, the assisting nurse to the Dr. we felt very comfortable and taken care of. Would highly recommend!

I like Dr. Bowles, he's a good doctor and I trust him, but it's very hard to get an appointment with any of the WellSTAR doctors. They seem to be way too busy with not enough appointments. When you're sick, you have to schedule in advance, period. That's a problem to me. So that's one of my biggest issues with WellSTAR, is trying to get in to see your primary care physician. And then when they call you a week or two before the physical exam, which has been on the books for two weeks or two months, or six months, they go, would you mind seeing a PA? Yes, it's my primary care physician. I do not want to see a PA. I want to see my doctor. So those are my big problems. I also don't like having the blood work done the day of the physical. That needs to be done a week beforehand so that we can talk about the results to the physician during my physical. That's my main issues with WellSTAR right now.
