The experience and people at this practice are wonderful. However, the office looks terrible. It desperately needs to be painted and updated. Scuffed doors and walls, and dark, narrow hallways do not give a good impression of care.

My only issue was with the scheduling. We set an appointment for the Acworth office, because that was where my child's doctor was that day, verified the appointment multiple times, and the doctor wasn't at the office for the appointment. Luckily the nurse was able to get us in at the Kennesaw office, same day, because taking more time off for work was extremely inconvenient.

Well, the practitioner that came in the room was unaware that my daughter had surgery on both her feet. And I just feel like she maybe didn't look at her records well enough before she came in to doctor her. So I was disappointed in that.
