Long wait time to see provider for a scheduled appointment that I was on time for. Thirty minute wait in the exam room after the MA triaged my physical appointment. No provider acknowledgment for the long and ridiculous wait for my ten minute appointment.

While both the medical assistant Elaine and Dr. O were very efficient neither were very warm or welcoming. From my former PCP's Dr. Tuckett, Dr. Travis, and Dr. Shelly all exuded warmth and comfort. I didn't feel that during my 1st visit with Dr. O or Elaine.

Honestly, this was one of my best clinical experience. I don't really like going to the clinic, but the nurses made me feel so relaxed. They were so friendly. Dr. Tolani was top-notch. She was very professional and she answered all my questions accurately. She made me feel so relaxed that my blood pressure was normal. I have never had that kind of blood pressure in the clinic setting because I have a little bit of white coats. But Dr. Tolani and the staff made me feel relaxed. I knew that I was in good hands. I felt confident putting my health needs with them, working with them.

I forgot to ask Dr. Oworu about travel vaccinations and her nurse very kindly instructed me to reach out to Dr. Oworu on MyChart. This was done very nicely and much appreciated.

Dr. O'woru really takes good care of her patients. She gets you the blood test that you need. She listens to your concerns because I had ear issues and then she showed me what my ringing in my ear could be caused by. She just covers the whole gamut. Very thorough, very nice person, and she does a really professional, good job at handling her patients. Yes, I would recommend her to anyone. She takes good care of me, and I want to thank you for having a person like this on your team.
