We're very tired of always having to deal with rude people who don't let you speak or question anything because I did not understand. The checkout lady was so rude and loud.

The service was pretty good and professional. The only thing that I would love to see improvements on is the waiting time. We were told to come at 2:30. We arrived at 2:30. We waited inside the medical room after the first check-in. But the nurse waited like 15-20 minutes. So we would like to save some time on that. Thank you very much. Otherwise, we like the service. I appreciate it.
