He gave me a lot of information and took time for conversation and gave me his thoughts and suggestions on everything. Awesome experience. I left with many ways to deal with my questions.

Hi, I saw Timothy for the first time this past week and I really liked him. I usually see Brittany, but Brittany's out on leave. And my husband has been unhappy with his doctor, so now my husband has an appointment with Timothy, and he'll be seeing him in just a couple of weeks. So I appreciate his ability to take on new patients.

This provider showed up 47 minutes late and was very nonchalant about the nature of the Call and why he needed to meet with me. I find this highly inconvenient and inappropriate being that you all hold to a strict 10 to 15 minute grace period for patient but it provider can show up over 47 minutes late? Absolutely not. I have literally been one minute late after driving over an hour to get to Woodstock and I've been told that I couldn't attend my appointment because of 60 seconds but a provider can have me sitting on the phone for a TeleMed appointment for over 47 minutes and don't even care that he was that late in the appointment basically had to be canceled because I had to get back to work.

My normal provider was a female, I requested a female when I first came to this practice. She is out for a time which I understand but no one asked me if I wanted a female doctor. I always choose a female doctor because that makes me more comfortable. He also just didn't seem to know charting? I had to point to things and show him my symptoms...I told him I'd like a female next time, it's no hit at him I just prefer a female.

Yes, I was a couple of minutes past the cutoff time for my appointment due to heavy traffic. However, I did not have to reschedule for another day. They were able to fit me in right after the staff did their lunch. So it worked out great for me that I didn't have to return another time and do a travel. So I just appreciate the staff accommodating me like that. I appreciate the concern of the provider. He was very attentive to the things that we talked about, that I talked about with him. And it was a very beautiful and pleasant experience. And I just was very thankful that he provided all the information.

Front office staff was so kind. I use a Rollator and walk very slowly due to spine issues, and these lovely women all called out "I hope you feel better" and "Take care" as we left. We could not have been treated nicer. Made my day, since it takes so much effort to go to the drs office. Huge thank you for everything today. ?

He set up the referrals for the X-Ray, an appointment with an orthopedic specialist, and set up physical therapy for getting the muscles strong again. A huge relief!!

Yes, I was a couple of minutes past the cutoff time for my appointment due to heavy traffic. However, I did not have to reschedule for another day. They were able to fit me in right after the staff did their lunch. So it worked out great for me that I didn't have to return another time and do a travel. I have literally been one minute late after driving over an hour to get to Woodstock and I've been told that I couldn't attend my appointment because of 60 seconds but a provider can have me sitting on the phone for a TeleMed appointment for over 47 minutes and don't even care that he was that late in the appointment basically had to be canceled because I had to get back to work.

I saw the PA. He is incredible. It's not often I am able to address all that is going on at the time I meet with a medical professional. We talked about all that was on my mind and important to me. He gave me a lot of information and took time for conversation and gave me his thoughts and suggestions on everything. Awesome experience. I left with many ways to deal with my questions.

Hi, I saw Timothy for the first time this past week and I really liked him. I usually see Brittany, but Brittany's out on leave. And my husband has been unhappy with his doctor, so now my husband has an appointment with Timothy, and he'll be seeing him in just a couple of weeks. So I appreciate his ability to take on new patients.
