The front desk representative who checked me in was excellent. She was very personable. She explained the process. She was kind and very happy. And she directed me with exactly where to go and explained some of the forms that I needed to fill out so that I understood them perfectly before I completed them. And then I didn't have to wait very long before I would call back. And Dr. Aldridge was wonderful as always. She's very thorough. She plans next steps. She reflects back on previous appointments and gives great suggestions about everything from medicine to appointment scheduling to just supplements or things that I can do to better my health. So really appreciate the experience overall.
