When you find great healthcare providers, it's best to stick with them... and for that reason I drive over 2hrs each year for my annual services to see Dr. Aldridge!!!! She's very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. Dr. Aldridge makes it very easy for me to address any concerns that I have and she carefully explains what/why and possible solutions. I'm thankful to have Dr. Aldridge as my Doctor and I pray many blessings upon her life and career!!!!

It is very confusing and frustrating to get a OBGYN bill on my chart, pay in advance to be helpful to staff and myself once I get there, only to be told that those payments do not go towards my office visit like they're supposed to, but instead go to the hospital. If paying on my chart isn't what I should be doing for the packaged OBGYN appts, then it should NOT be offered to pay online. Especially when staff makes it seem like we might have to pay double?! That's insane and should be fixed.

I am a new patient for Dr. Aldridge but not new to the practice. My previous doctor retired. Today's visit was very cut and dry. There was no indication of personal connection. She introduced herself, but no "How are you?" She just went into purpose of my visit and an explanation of the procedure. She had a file folder with one or two print outs to refer to, but it became obvious that no effort had been made to review my previous records. While I prepared for the actual exam, she did look up the name of my prescribed medication. I believe that she is competent, but displays a poor bedside manner. I see several other Wellstar physicians who are welcoming and committed to their patients wellbeing. Today's visit with Dr. Aldridge was ok. I received the information that I needed. So I will return next year for my annual visit.

It is very difficult to shift from a trusted gynecologist of over 35 years to a new provider because Dr. Webb retired. Dr. Aldridge was very kind and attentive and respectful and provide provided me with some new perspective. She helped make the transition easier.
