Dr Aldridge is always wonderful!! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The girl that checked me in was a perfect front desk team member. She was extremely friendly and you could tell loved her job. Definitely an asset for Wellstar. I wish I remembered her name. Pretty African American woman.

Every time I came to my appointments here it was amazing. I did have an issue Today where lab did take a long time myself and another patient waited about 30 minutes to get bloodwork she did go before which was another 30 minutes. I could not wait any longer because I had to return to work other than that pretty good place to be seen by doctors.

This was my first time visiting this practice after many years with another doctor who retired. I was very pleased with Dr. Aldridge. She was very kind and took her time with me. The entire staff was very friendly and professional.

The doctor and staff are kind and well-intentioned. However, I waited over an hour past my appointment time for the doctor. The staff did not tell me the doctor was running late. They were apologetic once I was seen. I think this is an opportunity for process improvement.
