Waited almost an hour to be seen. felt like MD was reading a script to me, no personal welcomes. unfortunately my last time coming to this practice. just feel like a check box versus a patient - and I work in healthcare, so I know how patients should be treated & this is not it!

Honestly the best GYN ever. Angela up front was actually the sweetest and very personable. Audrey was so patient and kind and Dr Aldridge was thorough and patient, taking a lot of time to answer my questions. I'm very thankful for this great team!

This was my first visit with Dr Aldridge. My Doctor had retired and I was a little nervous seeing a new Doctor. She was very nice and professional. She was familiar with my past history and did a thorough exam. I was very pleased with the visit.

I was told to come in 15 minutes prior to my appointment and then waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I had to pay extra parking fee for this and my time is valuable too!

The staff at the OBGYN clinic is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. And Dr. Aldridge is absolutely wonderful. She has a great bedside manner, well, I guess patient manner, and really appreciate the professional services. Thank you very much.

I wish there was a screen at the check in desk showing the paperwork we did electronically instead of me signing on a machine based on what the front desk staff says I am signing. It would be nice to see this on paper instead of hoping that what you sign is what they are saying. Another option would be to have blank print outs for reference that don't get used but show the patient what they are actually signing.

When you find great healthcare providers, it's best to stick with them... and for that reason I drive over 2hrs each year for my annual services to see Dr. Aldridge!!!! She's very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. Dr. Aldridge makes it very easy for me to address any concerns that I have and she carefully explains what/why and possible solutions. I'm thankful to have Dr. Aldridge as my Doctor and I pray many blessings upon her life and career!!!!

It is very confusing and frustrating to get a OBGYN bill on my chart, pay in advance to be helpful to staff and myself once I get there, only to be told that those payments do not go towards my office visit like they're supposed to, but instead go to the hospital. If paying on my chart isn't what I should be doing for the packaged OBGYN appts, then it should NOT be offered to pay online. Especially when staff makes it seem like we might have to pay double?! That's insane and should be fixed.
