Dr. Holmes is fine, and I hate to ding his ratings, but his nursing staff was totally unresponsive when I was having problems renewing a prescription. I discussed this today with Dr. Holmes who will pursue the problem.

First of all, do not get rid of the medical technician that took me into his waiting room. She is incredible. She is so positive and she always makes the experience really, really good. My neurologist is incredible. He listens to his patients. He speaks slowly so that you understand and he makes you feel like he actually cares about you. So I am very happy with his care.

Front counter needs to learn the computer I can't use a reciept that says other it needs to say copay so I asked for an estimate and they said only Wellstar billing does that. That is not true my other drs and the hospital all knew what I meant and print it right in front of me
