The provider was not very gentle. I had a tender finger where I had a cut and I had to ask him to use a gentle touch when observing and assessing the cut. He also failed to recommend a tetanus shot during the time of the visit and called me five to six hours later to ask me to come back to the practice to get a tetanus shot because forgot to recommend it the first time.

I was very impressed by the care I received. The front desk was efficient and pleasant . The assistant expedited my vitals to make sure I would be seen by a doctor promptly. The doctor was clear, concise, easy to talk to and approachable. I was in and out in 30 min. Great service.

Our nurse, Beth, was amazing. We got stitches for my son in his leg, and he was really nervous and worried about it. And she was super comforting and calming with him. Our doctor that administered the stitches was very blunt and very direct and very matter of fact, which is not what my son needed at the time. We were thankful for Beth, who was there and sticking with us the whole time to kind of mediate the situation and calm all of my son's fears. We also had to, we had an appointment. Our appointment time was at 4.20 and we did not get seen until 5.10.

I waited for an hour to be seen. I was the only person in the waiting room. I was there for a simple strep test. After being administered the test I waited 45 minutes for the PA. He clearly was distracted and hadn't reviewed my chart before entering even though he had ample time.
