This is the second great experience I have had here. Ironically for the same thing Allergic reaction to insect bites. I had already been recommending Wellstar Crabapple.. Oh my wait time was orginally about one hour, that turned in to 40 minutes at the kiosk and I got a text saying it would be 20 minutes. It took about 25 minutes when I checked in at the kiosk to get looked a..I liked that. Everybody was very nice.

Thomas did an excellent job explaining the steps he was going to take, what to expect and what to check for after the visit. He was very efficient and thorough during his exam, and easy to talk to Nicole and Santrelle were both super helpful and friendly. 10/10 experience, I hope I don't have to go back, but I'd be happy to visit again!

Communication could be much much stronger. I brought my son in for a sports physical that should not have taken over an hour. Understandably, the doctor ended up having an emergency with a patient, but we sat in the exam room for 40 minutes without anyone telling us what was going on. That is unacceptable. I finally left the room and went to the nurses station to find out why we had been sitting in there for so long. That should've been communicated much sooner. We were only there for sports physical. We could've come back another time.

Dr. Cox explained how he would numb and remove the fishing hook from my finger. Then he did the procedure perfectly. He explained what to look for if it became infected and ordered antibiotics and a tetanus shot. I felt well cared for.

Everyone was so kind attentive to my mother. You guys got her in right away to address her concerns got the CT scan the same day !!! Thanks you guys are wonderful

The staff brought me back right away and kept me at ease for a potentially serious problem with a bug bite reaction. The PA was super reassuring and his staff helped me feel seen and not just another number. They were able to take care of all my admitting paperwork in the room so my treatment wasn't delayed.
