About Thomas Chun, MD
Dr. Chun graduated from Emory University in Atlanta and received his medical degree from the University of Miami. He completed his general surgery residency at the Hospital of St. Raphael and his urology residency at Brady Urological Institute and Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Chun is board certified in Urology. He joined Urology Associates in 2003 and is currently on staff at the Marietta and East Cobb Health Park offices. Dr. Chun is committed to minimally invasive surgery and performs cutting-edge surgery using the daVinci Surgical System. He is a prominent thought-leader for robotic prostate and kidney surgery. He currently serves as a proctor for robotic-assisted surgery and has given a series of lectures on the benefits of the daVinci Surgical System.
Dr. Chun provides Interstim therapy for urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, urinary retention and fecal incontinence. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in therapy and has been a proctor for Interstim procedure since 2006. He offers the therapy at both the Kennestone Urology Procedure Center and Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

I enjoyed my experience with my provider and the facility. Everyone was professional and polite. It's obvious internal operations are doing a great job because everything went smoothly from check in to check out and there was little to no wait time. I absolutely LOVE that I was not asked to complete the documents I completed online during precheck-in like many doctor's offices do. Great location and staff.
