My experience with all of the staff was chefs kiss great. My issue, however, is with the financial part of the company: this is my first time coming for an annual check up (or to establish care with an md without insurance) and I was very very flustered to hear that my self pay price today was $640. Then there was a $128 discount that brought my grand total down to $512. I don't know if the higher ups of your company think that money grows on trees or not, but I would like to let them know that a $640 price tag for self pay patients who just want to keep up with their health is very unsustainable. After this next lab appointment with this company, I likely will never return again because I cannot afford to choose between going to my doctor and paying half of my rent with $640.
