Keep doing what you are doing. My appointment started on time did not have to wait at all. Even when i called to speak with the nurse no issues.

Note that the option of NA should be included in the handwashing question. The provider didn't wash hands because he didn't need to. Therefore he performed 100% adequately regarding safety and hygiene. Our appt did not involve an exam or any touch. Dr Johnson was fantastic. I have always felt that doctors only see my charts and make assumptions. He actually listened.
