My only complaint was trying to make my initial appointment. It took probably five different phone calls to ever make contact with someone. That was a very, very difficult process since I could only call during my lunch hour. And the second thing was getting my surgery scheduled. Also, it was a month from the time I'd had my appointment and I had to call and get my surgery scheduled. So it's more in the appointments and the scheduling part of it that I saw lacking.
