I have been trying to get a doctor and nurse from WellSTAR to listen to me about the pain and issues I've been having with my uterus. And this is the first time that someone has actually listened, learned, and applied the information from the patient and actually found the reason why I'm in pain. She was super accommodating. I broke down into tears in her office because she actually found what was wrong with me. And I know there's been something wrong with me for quite some time. And other doctors at WellSTAR has just been telling me that everything's fine. I'm not in danger or anything. And it's been wrong. So I much appreciate her listening and taking the time to ask further questions to get to a result that makes sense.

This is a truly patient centered practice from the front desk (they could be a little bit warmer) to the nurse (love her) to the PA and of course Dr. Hudson. They have gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that.

I first interaction with Pruitt was her yelling down the hallway to the staff asking if someone wanted to call me to see if I was coming. My appointment was at 2:45 and I was standing in the waiting room at 2:49. I actually answered her by saying, "I'm standing right here!" My next interaction with her was her coming In the patient room saying, "I didn't know if you were coming!" My response to her was "I checked in online and why would I miss the opportunity to take a shower by not having the device removed?" She shrugged her shoulders at me. I found her extremely rude, condescending and frankly unprofessional! Honestly I felt like my 14 minute appointment was holding her up from going home! I will never accept an appointment with her again!
