Front Desk/ Check-In staff needs to be more welcoming, more friendly, more service oriented. Being gatekeepers, they did not give a good impression as to what kind of care to expect as a new patient. This area definitely needs to be improved.

She again fully explained the medication and how the proper balance in my diet would make a big difference in my health. She was so courteous, polite, caring and informative.
