I got a push from Wellstar to sign in on my phone a couple of days early and then when I get there, there is some more things and stuff that they need. I wish I was able to do everything on the app. Not wait till I get in the office, but then the ask me for more information or cards I understand if they ask has my insurance change but to ask for the cars after I've been going there for years and nothing has changed to see my card when I didn't bring them, but we got everything taken care of.

My experience with Dr. Allen was excellent. I feel that she's incredibly knowledgeable and she articulates very well. And not only that, she's wonderful because I felt like she actually cared about me. I really felt like she cared about me and was concerned for my well-being. I thought she was excellent. Dr. Allen was excellent. And I think she's great and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Allen wasn't the most pleasant doctor I've come across. I felt dismissed and shut down on how I was feeling. It was also a lot of "idk's" when I had questions about test results and symptoms that I had currently or previously. I have to pay $100 as a copay for a lot of idk's? I hope Emory University didn't teach her that. I don't understand how my heart having an extra beat is normal. It doesn't feel normal. Apparently also more tests can't be done I've had them all which I believe is a lie. I personally feel that Dr. Allen didn't want to get down to the bottom of it but push medicine on me instead. I'm sure there are other methods, but what do I know?? I won't be back nor would I recommend this doctor to anyone. Sure she was able to explain certain symptoms and my first degree heart block but she needs to learn how to better talk to patients and use your words carefully. May come across the wrong person to make her see a doctor!

I'm not surprised because of her knowledge or because of her, the type of doctor she is, but because I wasn't sure what the results were going to be from the issues that I had coming in. But she was able to come up with a treatment plan using a new medicine for me that I've tried and it's working wonderful. And so I am very pleased that I got to see Dr. Allen.

Dr. Allen wasn't the most pleasant doctor I've come across. I felt dismissed and shut down on how I was feeling. It was also a lot of "idk's" when I had questions about test results and symptoms that I had currently or previously. I have to pay $100 as a copay for a lot of idk's? I hope Emory University didn't teach her that. I don't understand how my heart having an extra beat is normal. It doesn't feel normal. Apparently also more tests can't be done I've had them all which I believe is a lie. I personally feel that Dr. Allen didn't want to get down to the bottom of it but push medicine on me instead. I'm sure there are other methods, but what do I know?? I won't be back nor would I recommend this doctor to anyone. Sure she was able to explain certain symptoms and my first degree heart block but she needs to learn how to better talk to patients and use your words carefully. May come across the wrong person to make her see a doctor!
