This practice is really wonderful from the minute you walk into the door until the minute you check out and leave. Everyone really loves their job and you can tell because the care that they show to us, the patients. There's no question that doesn't need to be answered. There's no smile that is not there. When you're greeted, they seem very happy that you're there to take care of you. And of course, Dr. Ayye is absolutely a dream. So thank you for always being there to take care of us and me specifically. Even when I have to do a message to my chart, they're very responsive and I've never felt like I wasn't listened to. Top-notch care, all around, everyone.

Dr. A is very busy and has a very busy practice. She does her best to see patients in a timely fashion. However, you can tell that she is rushed and stressed. If I wanted to discuss something more with her, I would have to schedule another appointment. Although the practice is a lot busier, the staff and Dr. A are doing the best they can.

Although Doc was a few minutes late she apologized and the staff thanked me for my patience. This acknowledgment means a lot, it's shows that they all respect me and my time. This consideration is a great example of the caring and professionalism demonstrated throughout this practice. The doctor was excellent. My issue was with the person who checked me in. She had 2 people in front of me when I arrived before she could check me in. When she finally got to me she took my name and told me to have a seat. She then finish helping another patient. When she called me up to finish checking me in she stated that I needed to hurry because I'm at my grace period of being checked in. I was on time and did my paperwork prior to arriving. She made it seem as I was the one late and running behind schedule. Which I did let her know I was on time and it was her fault not mine. I had a 10:45 appointment and wasn't seen until 11:45. After waiting I asked her to tell me where the restroom was located because I needed to use it and she said they were about to call me. Her tone made it seem like I couldn't go. Great experience with everyone else in the office. I think she needs more help with her customer service skills. Thank you for reading my concerns.
