My NP, Ms. Brown was phenomenal!! She was so thoughtful and thorough. She listened and checked out everything more that my regular PCP. What a wonderful woman and an overall perfect visit. Everything was great! Kesha, the front office Rep was great! She greeted all patients as they came in and all the guests that were leaving she told them to feel better. She also left her desk to assist an elderly couple with checking in at the kiosk. Jasmine the MA was great as well! She was very kind and made me feel comfortable. She explained what she was doing and why she was. Taynetta Brown, Np was excellent too! She listened to my concerns . The exam didn't feel rushed. She has great bedside manner. The experience at this urgent care was great

Dr. Brown and Nurse were wonderful. They tried to assist in removing a piece of cotton swab from my belly button after surgery. I appreciated them trying and prescribing antibiotics until I could speak to my surgeon.

I think the urgent care has more availability to patients and is quite more beneficial to my family since it is more difficult to schedule emergency visits with physicians at WellSTAR.
