The staff were very kind to my children. They are two and just turned four, so they can get a little bit busy, but they were very patient and understanding and caring for my children, so I really appreciate that. I've only been here a couple times. That's why I said nine and not ten. I have to go a few more times before I'm like, yeah, for sure. Absolutely displaced. But so far, every time I've been, it's been the same, and it's been consistent and thorough. So, yeah, we like it.

I feel like the urgent care is for patients that do not have an urgency because they're emergency room and that is not offered to patients. It is you have to schedule an appointment or you can't be seen. What is the point of being having to walk in, clinic in, you have to schedule an appointment to be seen? I don't understand that. I don't like that.

My service was good. The front office, even the provider was good. However, my wait for urgent care was over two hours. I don't know what they were in need of that day. Just one provider on, but that's my issue. Thank you.

It was very busy, and the waiting room was packed. The woman at the front desk kept all of us updated, letting us know how many people were ahead of us. It was a very long wait, but I was checked on, offered water, and regularly updated about how much longer it might be. Every single staff member was patient, polite and caring even under the pressure of having so many sick people waiting to be seen. When I was finally seen, the provider was great. She listened carefully and addressed my concerns. I am thankful for this urgent care, been here many times and always get great care.
