She wasn't scheduled to work based on what I heard from somebody else, but she came in anyway. But she was awesome. So was the nurse practitioner and the care tech. She was amazing. All of them were good. So I'm really grateful for my experience. Thank you.

I was very concerned about the security guard's presence. Although he was extremely polite, he gave no explanation, and there was no signage explaining why we were being "screened" before being allowed into the waiting room. If there is indeed a security threat of any kind, we as patients should be made aware so we can decide whether to proceed given the safety risk.
