The staff were very kind to my children. They are two and just turned four, so they can get a little bit busy, but they were very patient and understanding and caring for my children, so I really appreciate that. I've only been here a couple times. That's why I said nine and not ten. I have to go a few more times before I'm like, yeah, for sure. Absolutely displaced. But so far, every time I've been, it's been the same, and it's been consistent and thorough. So, yeah, we like it.

I feel like the urgent care is for patients that do not have an urgency because they're emergency room and that is not offered to patients. It is you have to schedule an appointment or you can't be seen. What is the point of being having to walk in, clinic in, you have to schedule an appointment to be seen? I don't understand that. I don't like that.
