This was my first time going to Urgent care, but it was a good experience. I didn't have to wait for my primary for my illness and staff was very polite.

The NP listened attentively to my description of the problem and knew exactly what was going on. I was in and out in an hour.

This was my second time coming to this location. The entrance and waiting area was uncluttered and clean. I didn't notice it until soon before getting called in but there was a monitor in the lobby that actually diisplays info that lets you know where you where each patient is in the wait process. The front attendee also did give me verbal announcements to let me know I would be called upon soon. There were only 2 to 3 other guests in the waiting room when I got there. Most of the staff were masks. Some of the guests in the waiting room elected to wear a mask (it was optional). One of the guests I was glad that they chose to because they kept coughing. Everyone I encountered at this facility (which notably we're all female) were all very courteous and friendly. The front desk attendant greeted me warmly and courteously. She was very accommodating to the fact that I walked in there limping. Each member of the medical team that cared for me made me feel very comfortable. They were all knowledgeable, listened and engaged with me to help assess and treat my needs. The provider I saw listen to me and then provided me with detailed information about my concerns. I got an X-ray, was given treatment , follow up care instructions, referral to appropriate specialist and prescription sent to pharmacy and a full printout of my visit before I left. I had pre- made appt prior to going in and got there a few minutes earlier than my appt time. Besides having to wait a while longer than my schd appt time, I was very pleased with the overall visit and with every team member I interacted with.

They are two and just turned four, so they can get a little bit busy, but they were very patient and understanding and caring for my children, so I really appreciate that. I've only been here a couple times. That's why I said nine and not ten. I have to go a few more times before I'm like, yeah, for sure. Absolutely displaced. But so far, every time I've been, it's been the same, and it's been consistent and thorough. So, yeah, we like it.
