I was very impressed with professionalism of all of the staff - particular care was given to notify me of directions on my written discharg- not to start taking one of the medications until the following day. There was a lot of attention to detail telling me how long to wait for test results, how long the breathing treatment would take and that they would follow up by listening to my lungs again etc.

Uh, yes, it was a two hour wait. I don't know if that was urgent care or just, I don't know. But anyway, it took a long time for me to be seen. I was suffering from, uh, skin burn from hot water and I had to leave and go home and take, uh, aspirin or Tylenol or something because I was in pain, and I had to sit there for two hours to wait to see the doctor. So I left. I went home, came back two hours later, and I still had to wait. But okay. But that's the problem is, it says urgent care, but it definitely wasn't urgent. All right. Thank you.
