I had a 2:20 appointment and I wasn't called back til about 3:40. If I hadn't already paid my copay I would have left. There was no notice about the wait being extremely long. The medical professionals were good, but idk why it takes so long to go back. This is my 3rd visit to this location and it has been this way every time. I will not be returning to this location.

What you did really well was the provider did seem to be generally concerned. What I think could be better, and I think I understand the reason you do it like you do, but I don't like it, is used to when you went to WellSTAR Urgent Care, the x-ray fell under your urgent care co-pay, and now you even register separately, and so y'all bill separately, and so that means there's another either co-pay or deductible on top of my $75 urgent care co-pay. And I really don't like how y'all bill the x-ray separately like that. But the staff was awesome, though. I can say that definitely.

Apparently there was only one doctor on staff when I was there. There were five patients who went in while I waited and never saw any of them leave. Yes some may have been having labs or test done and having to wait.

There was a lot of attention to detail telling me how long to wait for test results, how long the breathing treatment would take and that they would follow up by listening to my lungs again etc.
