Uh, yes, it was a two hour wait. I don't know if that was urgent care or just, I don't know. But anyway, it took a long time for me to be seen. I was suffering from, uh, skin burn from hot water and I had to leave and go home and take, uh, aspirin or Tylenol or something because I was in pain, and I had to sit there for two hours to wait to see the doctor. So I left. I went home, came back two hours later, and I still had to wait. But okay. But that's the problem is, it says urgent care, but it definitely wasn't urgent. All right. Thank you.

I tried to get the original cough meds that weren't covered but changed my mind and wanted it anyway but they didn't approve the request from the pharmacy later after the visit. I think they misunderstood but that's ok because I originally turned the cough medicine down because of cost.

I had a wonderful experience today. When I arrive the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The office staff was very professional pleasant and polite. The check in process went nice and smoothly no waiting period. Medical assistant was very pleasant. Knowledgeable in her profession. She took in all my medical information. Process was quick and smooth. No waiting period. Nurse practitioner was very professional and pleasant. My symptoms were well addressed and I received clear instructions how to care for my symptoms. My prescriptions were called in to the my pharmacist. This the best urgent care I been to so far. I give it a 10+
