This was the best experience and service at a Wellstar facility. I can't remember the medical assistant's name, but she was kind, friendly, and professional. Tanya, the nurse practitioner, was authentic, amazing, informative, attentive, and personable. She listened and explained things very well.

The FNP was fantastic! She listened carefully to my complaint and why I presented to her clinic today. Great bedside manners. During her examination she shared her findings every step of the way. Prescribed medications and thoroughly explained the reasons for prescribing each medication. She also told me the days she would be working at the clinic location if I should need to follow up. I love the care Ms. Tanya, FNP provided to me today! I would love to steal her away from Wellstar and come work in my shop as I am an administrator for another health care provider in metro Atlanta. Thanks Tanya for that you do!

NP did not ever examine my father. No stethescope or hands touched him except the MA that did vitals and glucose. The NP while very nice was clearly uncomfortable evaluating an elderly person. From the moment she knew his age she tried to send us away to the ED. I am concerned about our ability to deliver care to our ever aging population if our NPs are not trained to do a thorough history and physical prior to determining the plan and presenting an uninformed picture to their attending and merely pushing complex patients to the already ever burdened ED.
