I've been having trouble with recovery from a kidney removal. The site developed an infection. I arrived at an appointment to check progress and they found a pocket. The surgeon came and examined it and advised drainage. Right then and there it was expedited and the area dressed. This kind of care in just a follow up visit is why this practice shines!

The hospital and most importantly the staff are well trained, Organized , and run like an expensive watch. I tell my wife they have a System here. Everything and everyone here knows what is going on. It's a rare thing to watch an organization run this smoothly.

Not the urology department's fault, but both the transport team and the clinic refused to budge, and I was a huge freaking morning for NOTHING. This was exasperated by the fact that I was wanting to know about the mass on my left kidney. I'm not greatly worried about it, but I am a little anxious. I, also, freely admit that the nursing home that I am in screwed up big time by not sending an escort. (sigh) I am not happy about yesterday. I just wished they had an appointment less than a month away. Thank you for "listening" to me whine.
