Our PA had to handle an emergency until the doctor arrived. We were updated in ten minutes our PA would be in shortly and apologized for delay. However, I realized if we had such a situation that we would be well cared for. When our PA came in, she was so professional and genuinely happy to give us good news regarding our situation.

Tansy was marvelous. As soon as she came in, she had my complete attention. She talked. She listened to me in detail. She figured out the problem and I left with it taken care of. She helped me in talking and letting us know what all the options were beyond that. I just, when I left, I felt so much better. It was amazing and I still feel that way. So I would say that she was just marvelous during this visit. And I can't say enough about her with this visit. She did everything right. Thank you.
