First time with this provider. Will go back. But oh my goodness, I was there for TWO hours. Came in at the time specified - 1:45. Checked in no later than 1:50 and I was running out of there at 3:47; I had a class I needed to be at by 4 and barely made it. That is unacceptable. I'm always prepared to be at an appointment for at least an hour (bring work with, etc., to not waste time), but 2 hours is honestly crazy.

Tannisha is the most experienced, thorough provider I have ever had yet with the WellSTAR system. She takes her time and asks a lot of questions and digs to try to uncover what your issue is. And she looks at me holistically, not just for what I came in for. And she absolutely tries to refer you to someone if she feels that you may need to see someone outside of her scope and specialty.

A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Simmons because of the wonderful experience she's had with her thus far.
