The fact that the office is continually understaffed made the wait times for a routine physical and bloodwork appointment outrageous. I was there for over 3 hours; 5 mins of bloodwork and maybe 15 with the doctor. Unbelievably slow.

As a matter of fact, she asked some of the most wide variety of questions regarding my health, as well as background that I haven't had in a very long time. And also helped me realize and learn some new things about myself and my health. Also gave me recommendations of things that I was thinking about in taking care of myself versus prescriptions for everything. But then she did with the prescriptions I needed. She helped me thoroughly with that as well. And now we're finally getting CVS and all that together and moving forward. Thank you.
