First time seeing Dr. SIMMONS. I really liked her. She seemed very concerned about my lungs and so was I. She gave me a nebulizer test for my breathing and wow did it help. I was really worried about my breathing especially since I was at the ER 2 days before and they didn't find anything but cough when in fact I had bronchitis and heavy wheezing. I sure am glad I decided to get 2nd opinion. I will think twice before going g to ER spending all day and night for wrong diagnosis. I knew I had something other than a cough.

Basic physical took 3 hours. If you can't handle the volume, why schedule so many appointments?

I had an appointment at 11.30, got there about 11.18, got checked in, sat in the waiting room till almost 12 noon. Had to get up and ask someone to check to see if I was forgotten. Came and got me about five minutes later, put me in a room, took my vitals. The nurse walked out of the room, said that the doctor would be right in. I was the next patient, and it was another 45 minutes before I even saw the doctor. And the doctor had thought that the nurses had come in there just to keep me up to date as to what's going on, and no one ever showed back up in the room. So very, very disappointed in the service and the communication of that day also, too.

She gave me all of the information I needed about my current condition and what I should do for it. Also gave me info as to see an ENT if it continues. Also helped me with a problem with my arm that had just be ignored in the past. I really liked her.

If you ask the patient to be there 15 minutes early then they wait 1 hour to be seem our time is valuable to. The place you send us to get blood work the people back there having fun never come out and check to see if people are waiting I know they can't see us but check.
