About Tami Breton, MD
In addition to being board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Breton is also board certified in Integrative Medicine. Integrative medicine focuses on more natural and less invasive treatment and wellness programs. Training with the industry’s top thought leaders in Integrative Health, Dr. Breton’s experience sets her apart in this emerging field with her knowledge of evidenced-based health care. Dr. Breton is the Medical Director of Wellstar Medical Group Integrative Health.
Dr. Breton is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Integrative Medicine. She was recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Bridges to Excellence Program for quality diabetes care and management.
Dr. Breton believes that healing and wellness can be achieved by combining conventional Internal Medicine with evidence based complementary more natural modalities. I had an 8:15 appointment. The actual appointment went fast and smooth but I also needed labs and I had to wait almost an hour for labs. So they need to fix that so that when the appointment is done we can get the lab right away. Otherwise there's no point to the appointment

It was my first visit. I was pleased and hope to have a follow up appointment for the review of my lab tests soon. I have been seeing different PCP for the past 7+ years, and coming to see Dr Breton was a big step!

I think the office staff did an exceptional job and I really enjoyed working with them. The provider herself actually was extremely dismissive of the issues I was bringing up and made a lot of assumptions without even reading through my medical notes or any of the stuff that I provided her from my previous doctor. And I don't feel like she has a good grasp of the actual issues that I have going on. So that's the main reason I don't feel like she's a good fit.

Apartment went well, but waiting on the lab was exceedingly long. It was like over 15 minutes before they were out to take my blood. That's the only issue I have, and this is the second time that's happened. So I think you need more help in the blood taking department. That's it.
