About Tami Breton, MD
In addition to being board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Breton is also board certified in Integrative Medicine. Integrative medicine focuses on more natural and less invasive treatment and wellness programs. Training with the industry’s top thought leaders in Integrative Health, Dr. Breton’s experience sets her apart in this emerging field with her knowledge of evidenced-based health care. Dr. Breton is the Medical Director of Wellstar Medical Group Integrative Health.
Dr. Breton is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Integrative Medicine. I had no waiting. I really like the remodeled waiting room with taller chairs for ease of standing. Facility is very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Breton is wonderful. I am confident I am receiving excellent medical care.

Blood labs were ordered but were not scheduled before I left. And when I went back, I found out you have to schedule to get blood drawn.

Everyone was great and everything was basically great. The only issue I have is on my lab orders. We had one lab that was to be drawn that day and the other labs that were tended for my next year physical and the lab accidentally drew all of those labs on that day. But otherwise, everything was great.

When you have a physical that you should be able to get your lab work done at the same time. It is a inconvenience now that you have to schedule an appointment to come back for your lab work. I also think that in the physical you should be able to talk about stuff that you need to talk about not only certain things only at a physical.

Physical was very limited. 6 minutes total time with Medical Doctor. Physicals in the past at Wellstar and Northside were MUCH more comprehensive with vision, reflexes, muscular-skeletal checks, prostate exam, discussion of colonoscopy, EKG, etc. Also, labs were always done before the physical so I could discuss results face-to-face with the doctor.
