About Tami Breton, MD
In addition to being board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Breton is also board certified in Integrative Medicine. Integrative medicine focuses on more natural and less invasive treatment and wellness programs. Training with the industry’s top thought leaders in Integrative Health, Dr. Breton’s experience sets her apart in this emerging field with her knowledge of evidenced-based health care. Dr. Breton is the Medical Director of Wellstar Medical Group Integrative Health.
Dr. Breton is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Integrative Medicine. She was recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Bridges to Excellence Program for quality diabetes care and management.
Dr. Breton believes that healing and wellness can be achieved by combining conventional Internal Medicine with evidence based complementary more natural modalities. Dr Breton is a great doctor. She takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed. She gives advice, not just money making suggestions. Very friendly and calming. The only negative I could say is that they have a turn over in staffing. I only go twice a year, but the other staff members are always different. They are pleasant, but always new.
