I was very upset. When I initially called I asked if the doctor can prescribe Adderall as my daughter had to change doctors . She has been on Adderall for over 12 years. They said she could see a nurse practitioner and then a doctor was sign off and prescribe it . Thant is not what happened. The NP said they don't prescribe it and said she had to see a psychiatrist. That was the whole purpose of going to them . Is we have to start all over looking for a doctor and she is out of meds until we find one on her insurance. The people making appts need to listen and give the right information we are back to square one in looking for physicians . Very very very disappointed I ei no longer be going here either

This practice is great. But , Wellstar..... it is ridiculous that I had to go to a general practitioner just to be able to make an appointment with a neurologist.

I was treated as well as any patient could be treated. I went in with a need for an ear irrigation and they were determined to remove the wax with several syringe squirts. Now a two hundred bill is rather costly, but they showed care and understanding.

Having to get my labs done elsewhere was really disappointing, especially when I booked an appointment based on the fact that I'd be able to fast before arriving. Check out was curt with me and would not let me return to this location for a lab draw, despite the fact that phlebotomy was unavailable due to arriving late because of traffic. The nearest locations for lab draws are 20+ minutes away. I selected this location because it's close to my home. If I have to drive and have multiple appointments for labs anyways I may change practices to have everything done at once and would not be able to recommend this practice. Both the NP and MA I saw were very helpful and kind but this was a frustrating end to my appointment.
