I was treated as well as any patient could be treated. I went in with a need for an ear irrigation and they were determined to remove the wax with several syringe squirts. Now a two hundred bill is rather costly, but they showed care and understanding.

Having to get my labs done elsewhere was really disappointing, especially when I booked an appointment based on the fact that I'd be able to fast before arriving. Check out was curt with me and would not let me return to this location for a lab draw, despite the fact that phlebotomy was unavailable due to arriving late because of traffic. The nearest locations for lab draws are 20+ minutes away. I selected this location because it's close to my home. If I have to drive and have multiple appointments for labs anyways I may change practices to have everything done at once and would not be able to recommend this practice. Both the NP and MA I saw were very helpful and kind but this was a frustrating end to my appointment.

She is very good. She listens to me and she gives me suggestions and helps me think of easy ideas of things that I could do like, you know, try to lose weight and exercise, why it's important. She explains why things are important and asks me if there's certain tests that I would like to do, if there's anything I'm wondering about. And the other thing is, Whoever the man was that drew my blood, it's the first time I've ever had no pinch, no sting, and I didn't get any bruises at all on my arm from that one needle. So I don't know if he used the baby needles, because it is different for people that's hard to find their veins, which is always with me. But Tamara is an awesome lady, and she really listens to you, and she equates things to stuff that she deals with in life as well. And that's very interesting to be one-on-one and to be personable with somebody. But she listened to everything I said.
