Walking in I was greeted and spoke to which I love it shows that the front is observate and takes a few seconds to say Good Morning. The check in was smooth and the young lady was very kind. Shannon is the absolute best, she listens, you never feel rushed, and always makes sure you have all the information you need. Her MA was just as amazing as well. It makes your visit a lot less stressful with a team of professionals that work so well together.
