This was my first visit to this practice. As a new patient of Dr Tharp, I expected to meet him & he was not there. The info that Sylvia the PA had did not show that I was a new patient. The practice seemed unorganized to me. I will meet Dr Tharp in Nov & will make my decision, whether to stay with this practice.
