Great! Called to schedule an appointment. Gave my symptoms asked if I wanted to do a virtual and was fine with that, came back from being on hold and was asked to come in due to the length of my symptoms. I was in a patient's room and seen by Cunningham an hour after my call.

China at check in was great. Shannon Cunningham always makes me feel comfortable and she is always understanding of my concerns and very knowledgeable! Her nurse, Dawn, was also very pleasant and considerate. All of them deserve a big thank you for taking care of me.

The clinic atmosphere was clean, quiet, and the staff were pleasant. I really like Sylvia's bedside manner and how thorough she and her staff are in setting the health groundwork and getting to solutions. From the check-in process, blood work, and actual appointment. The experience was a pleasant surprise.

I am expected to arrive on time and be checked in before my appointment time which was 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:20am, got called back to room at 9:45, waited in room for provider until 10:25. I think waiting that long passed appointment time is not acceptable. What if I had arrived that late, I wouldn't have been seen and I would have been charged anyway and would have had to reschedule. I feel if office is running behind then send out a text like you do to remind people of appointment. My time is as valuable as your time is. I think wait times need to be addressed in your staff meetings.
