I am expected to arrive on time and be checked in before my appointment time which was 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:20am, got called back to room at 9:45, waited in room for provider until 10:25. I think waiting that long passed appointment time is not acceptable. What if I had arrived that late, I wouldn't have been seen and I would have been charged anyway and would have had to reschedule. I feel if office is running behind then send out a text like you do to remind people of appointment. My time is as valuable as your time is. I think wait times need to be addressed in your staff meetings.
