I'm very happy with WorldStar Internal Medicine. I've been with them for years. I've never had changes, changing doctors. Dr. Suzette is great. She listens, she follows up on everything. And I just appreciate the front office as well, talk to them. That's history with most of the people that work there, and they care about my well-being. And I'm just very happy to be a patient.

from the moment I walked into the reception area I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was weighed and treated very kindly by the nurse. Suzette and a woman who is studying to be a PA came into the exam room and spoke to me about my health my concerns and my goals. I had a great visit!

The requirement for lab work associated with an annual Medicare Physical to be performed by another 3rd party vendor was a disaster. A two hour wait time for blood and urine samples to be taken is completely and utterly unacceptable.

Lab wait time for the processing of lab tests prescribed was about an hour and a half. They said they have to cover for other labs that are temporarily closed. I experienced the same length of wait time last year with same stated reason? This really needs to.be addressed. The flabotomists are working diligently, but maybe need more staffing?
