As always, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful during check in. N.P. Suzette Whilby, as always was very pleasant and listened to my concerns very interested, as always, did a full panel of blood work. When the blood work came back she called me later on in the evening and advised me to go to the ER. She explained thoroughly what she was concerned about. To me, this above and beyond what I ever expected but not surprised. The whole staff is this way.

I appreciate that this year my wait was considerably less than previous year. I understand visits can run over but at some point those patients should be encouraged to book another appointment. Everyone was friendly, respectful and polite.

I really like this office at Willoughby. She's very thorough. She answers any questions that you may have. Very, extremely, extremely well bedside manner. She's just very sweet, very open. The appointment, you don't feel rushed, like they're in a hurry to get you out. You're not just a number. The MA, she answered any questions, went over the information with me thoroughly. When my blood pressure was elevated, she checked it again. They also came and discussed it with me. Even from, so from check-in to check out, just an awesome experience.
