I would like to say that my experience with my doctor was very well. She was very receptive. She was very attentive to what I had to say. They even called me back and explained all of my blood results and everything to me. And I am very pleased with the healthcare that I get up under this facility that I attend. Very pleased. The requirement for lab work associated with an annual Medicare Physical to be performed by another 3rd party vendor was a disaster. A two hour wait time for blood and urine samples to be taken is completely and utterly unacceptable.

Lab wait time for the processing of lab tests prescribed was about an hour and a half. They said they have to cover for other labs that are temporarily closed. I experienced the same length of wait time last year with same stated reason? This really needs to.be addressed. The flabotomists are working diligently, but maybe need more staffing?

Had to get bloodwork done at outpatient laboratory, waited 2 1/2 hours to see technician. Very disappointed with wait time!?

Suzette Whilby listened to all of my concerns at my previous appointment and got to the root of my illness. She again, at my most recent appointment, paid attention to other issues and created a plan to help me further stay on a path to good health. The front office staff and Christy were very personable.

I would like to say that my experience with my doctor was very well. She was very receptive. She was very attentive to what I had to say. They even called me back and explained all of my blood results and everything to me. And I am very pleased with the healthcare that I get up under this facility that I attend. Very pleased.
