I had some real concerns about the warning directed towards my cholesterol levels and the need for a statin drug. She was very informative about my family's history of high cholesterol and how even though I eat well, this could be the cause of mine being constantly elevated. I decided to give it a try.

Why are you opening new offices and laying off hundreds of, I'm assuming, administrative staff when it takes me two weeks to get a follow-up visit with my provider and there's only two people in the office providing care?

Well, from the very beginning of entering the office, I was greeted by your staff there, which I liked very much. They called me by name. The nurse that helped me, Donna, she was very pleasant and very thorough in her questions and she listened. Suzette Wilby, I've known her for a while and I keep coming back because I like her demeanor. She listens. She suggests, you know, and she, I think, trying to lead me down the right path. So I'll continue to go come there as long as she's there.
