Dr. Strickland is one of the best neurologists as far as pediatrics are concerned in this area. She is the main reason that we continue coming to WellSTAR because otherwise I would try to find another provider elsewhere. I do not like the fact that they moved her office back to the main hospital without informing patients, however, because for his last appointment, He was scheduled at Wheeler Road location and we get there and I'm informed that we have to go all the way downtown back to the hospital. That was very inconvenient. But again, Dr. Strickland herself is the reason that we stay within the WellSTAR program. Thank you.

The MA that worked my daughter was amazing. She does well with kids. The only problem or concern that I have was about the change from the specialty clinic to the CHOG clinic. I scheduled the appointment at the last visit and was scheduled for the multi specialty clinic. When I arrived, there was a note on the door stating that the appointments were at the CHOG and sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, it was a large inconvenience and it would have not been so bad if at least someone would have sent a letter, a text, or a phone call. I spoke with someone about this and expressed my frustration and my child was still able to be seen but that's not the point. I'm never late for appointments and I am considerate of providers time but this was not my fault. It was a system fail. As I sat there I watched other parents being frustrated and rescheduled for the same exact reason. Somehow pts should have been accommodated on this day and other days that wellstar continues to have system fails such as this.
