Hi, I am really sad to see Dr. Strickland go. This is our second visit with her and I knew in my heart that she was going to be an amazing doctor based on the way she looked. It wasn't so much what she said, it was the way she said what she said. It was the way she looked at my son. She made eye contact with him and she held it. She listened the entire time, even when she was doing the exam. Both of us felt so seen and so heard after the first visit and we felt the exact same way after the second one. I'm just really hoping that the next doctor is as good because she set the bar pretty high. So, yeah, that's my feedback. I really appreciate it.

Dr. Strickland has always taken such wonderful care of him, while constantly keeping us informed and reassured. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, and we feel so lucky to have her apart of our son's care team.

It took me almost 1mt to see this doctor even though the referring, doctor sent almost 10 referrals and whenni saw this doctor she acted like she was to good and better than us I have never felt like this with any other doctor before

I find Dr. Strickland very, very unprofessional. She does not care for our well-being. She dismisses anything we bring up. She goes back and forth with us about her medication, tells us one day one thing that's in her head, and another day that, oh, that's a side effect, even though she told us it was not a side effect. She's done nothing to improve the well-being of our child. She only passes her through. I would never recommend her to anybody else. I do not support her. I do not approve of her. And it's ridiculous that we only get possibly maybe two appointments a year. Not only that, but she just gosh.

We fully trust her and value her opinion. You can tell how knowledgeable she is, but she is still able to explain things in a way to parents with no medical background can understand which we really appreciate. We are thankful our son is being cared for by her!

There's no way to get in contact with the doctor. If you leave a message with the administrator, you can't reach him. There's no direct line to the office. And if your child is on medication, which mom was, it's hard to get the prescription refilled, even with waiting three days because nobody calls you back. Even with making an appointment, nobody calls you back. So communication needs a lot of work. She needs an assistant. And even if you call and the prescription is supposed to be sent over to the pharmacy, it's never sent over in a timely manner.

I appreciate the fact that I didn't have to wait long. I got there and we were checked in and we went to the back. It was a 7:45 a.m. appointment and they did a wonderful job. Front desk was amazing. The nurses between getting from the front desk to Dr. Strickland was amazing. I'm very appreciative of Dr. Strickland because she has worked with my daughter since she was three months old and she is now 12 years old and she is always thorough, on time, and accurate thus far about my daughter's neurological condition. Thank you, Suzanne Strickland, and faculty.
