Yes, I'd like it if they would, when I went for lab work, they're not very personable. They just seem like they just don't really care. I just would like for them to be a little more courteous and a little more kind when I went for my lab work. It's just the people that work in there. I've had an issue the last time I went with the lab professionals in there. So that's the only critique that I have is the lab, the people who work in where I go for my lab work.

Everyone was real nice and they offered to help where they could. And I just thank the staff and Susan and everyone and everyone I talked to and went to, they was real nice and helpful. And I would recommend my friends and everyone to come up there because of the thoughtfulness and the helpfulness they gave.

Susan is amazing, always amazing. I've been going to her for 20-something years and I don't know what I'd do without her. She's not only my doctor, she's my confidant and my friend, and I love her greatly. Her nurse is a hoot, and I love her. Makes you feel so comfortable. Although the lab leaves a little bit to be desired, they are never friendly, and they always like they're doing you a favor when and if they get to you.
