About Susan Boland, NP

Susan Boland, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners who provides comprehensive primary care for patients age 18 and up. She specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Susan is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health through education and preventive care.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southern University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Susan worked in critical care, where she gained extensive experience managing complex patient needs. She values open communication, teamwork, and evidence-based care to help patients achieve their best possible outcomes.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys hiking with her family, traveling, knitting, and reading. She welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
