Health care providers were friendly and engaging, they understand how to make the client/patient feel important. They were warm in their approach. They listened as I shared my experience regarding an urgent care and hospital visits. There is one concern, although it did not impact the overall visit with the health care staff. it's a time consideration, maybe post a not at the checkout out desk for clients/patients to go out the door to the front desk for checkout in the morning so we don't stand there waiting. Also, I noticed this on prior visit the lab team can be a bit slow getting started. Patients will get agitated when having wait too long for labs. Susan Boland is great!

The majority of my experience during my visit was great. All the staff, the clinical side was great. Susan was great. The techs were awesome. Front desk was very nice. However, as a phlebotomist staff, I had to get blood work done on site after the visit. And it was the same location on site. And this is the second time that I've had blood work there. And both times the staff seemed somewhat cold. I hesitate, but almost rude, not rude exactly, but just very cold. Did not properly identify themselves at all. Just called my name, told me to sit, and just started giving me orders, did not explain what they were doing, did not want to introduce themselves again, say their names, any of the above. Yeah, it was a very unpleasant and not a very welcoming.
