The assistant before Dr. Boland came in, she didn't seem like she was interested in really putting her best foot forward to take information. She seemed like she just didn't want to be there. And I understand she had just come back from being sick, but she could have told me that she wasn't feeling well or just was coming back off of sick leave. So I was not pleased with that.

I have been coming to my Dr. for a long time but it is starting to fill rushed and I don't like that.

Because it was my annual, I'd expect them to ask if there's anything is like to discuss. As a 51 year old, many things are changing in my life and I had to stop us from exiting the appointment to check and tell her that I wanted to talk about my mental health and potential menopause. No one asked me if I had any concerns or questions. I even put this in my online appointment scheduling where it asked about specific concerns. "Discuss menopause". I love my doctor and I've been at this practice for 35 years but I feel it's all rushed now.
