I had to return for a repeat pap due to not enough tissue obtained from my first pap. This resulted in time off work and travel time for me. Was frustrated with the situation. I do hope there is no charge submitted to my insurance for this visit.

The girl at the desk was nice and professional, the nurse was very serious face for one moment I think if I didn't say hi she wouldn't say anything and the provider was so fast on checking on me is about 5 mn I left there with doubts. No question like: anything else I can help or do you have questions for me

The entire staff, from the front desk to the intake nurse to the doctor, they were thorough, professional, informative, patient, and timely. The whole thing moved very swiftly. The only improvement that I would like to have seen was as a disabled patient, it was a lot of walking. The hallways were very long. And it took a long time for me to get to the actual room. And that was a kind of painful part of my experience. I wish it would have been less walking, or somebody would have offered to push me, or had that option. But outside of that, the experience was a very nice one, and again, very quick. And that was unpredictable, unexpected, and very much appreciated.

Dr rao was all facts but lacks sensitivity and ways to connect with patient. Because of everything she told me i removed my fmla form since she said my condition and history did nit matter for me to qualify. Although she stated facts there was no type of connection or sensitivity or understanding. I wosh to have a different doctor in the future.

Yes, I like the center because when I arrived, I didn't have to wait a long time. I was seen almost immediately, and the doctor came to the room almost just a few minutes later, and she was very professional, and she did communicate very well with me. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate the fact that the office respects the schedule and importance of not making patients wait for hours to actually be seen like my other practice did. I know doctors are busy, but they aren't any more busy than their patients are. It was awesome.
