Dr rao was all facts but lacks sensitivity and ways to connect with patient. Because of everything she told me i removed my fmla form since she said my condition and history did nit matter for me to qualify. Although she stated facts there was no type of connection or sensitivity or understanding. I wosh to have a different doctor in the future.

Yes, I like the center because when I arrived, I didn't have to wait a long time. I was seen almost immediately, and the doctor came to the room almost just a few minutes later, and she was very professional, and she did communicate very well with me. I really, truly appreciate my visit. Thank you.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate the fact that the office respects the schedule and importance of not making patients wait for hours to actually be seen like my other practice did. I know doctors are busy, but they aren't any more busy than their patients are. It was awesome.

I never got a chance to see the doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early as I was told. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Then, when I asked the very kind receptionist how much longer it would be, she said it would be another 15 minutes until they called me back. I decided to cancel my appointment and reschedule. In all honesty, I will probably cancel my next appointment and find a new practice. The scheduling process has been extremely difficult since they only open for appointments for three months at a time. The spots fill up almost immediately. It took me months to get this appointment and was going to have to wait at least an hour to get called back. Every other practice allows me to make my annual exam a year in advance. I feel like I have to jump through hoops to make it happen at this practice. All my other Wellstar experiences have been excellent but this practice leaves me seriously disappointed and frustrated.

As a new patient I felt very welcomed by the entire staff. They were very nice, helpful, and professional. Dr. Rao was great and I felt very comfortable talking to her and she was very thorough about my health and I feel secure about my upcoming procedure. Dr. Rao nurse Ashley was amazing. Ashley was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable. Overall, I felt very welcomed by the entire staff. I would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends.

The doctor wasn't familiar with my case, she was asking me questions to things that are in my records because it was through that practice. She had a pre conceived notion on how she would proceed with me before even listening to what I had to say. She totally disregarded what I was asking her do due to her mind being made up on referring me out. I had to continue to give her information about my history and even after receiving that information she was set on the treatment she stated when she first walked in the room. She had no intentions to hear me out or to provide any treatment her only option from the time she walked in the room was to refer me out.

I had not been asked if I would like to try contraceptives, I wasn't ask any in detailed questions. My appointment lasted 5 minutes tops. A waste of money and a scam. I will NEVER use this OBGYN again.
