The lab department who drew my blood was amazing. Very sweet ladies, very attentive, good conversation, and just amazing overall. So I really would like them to be recognized. One had a ponytail slick back and one had locks, black locks.

My experience with nurse practitioner SUNY VARUGHESE was wonderful! I valued her listening ear, her thoughtfulness and her thoroughness. My experience with Wellstar, on the other hand, is not so favorable. I do not like that I have to constantly manage billing. Wellstar routinely does not correctly report my physical exam visits. It's frustrating and time consuming to constantly chase after getting Wellstar to accurately report the correct medical codes. It's what is driving me to leave Wellstar.
