Everyone was nice, polite and helpful. I still feel that these newish computer programs often detract from the healthcare provider's full attention. Thus comment is not directed any one specific. I have experienced this feeling with Wellstar, Piedmont and providers in Athena systems as well. ????

Everyone was so helpful from the moment I checked into my apartment to the moment that I left. The nursing staff was amazing. They were so engaging with me, taking all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and understood. And Dr. Suny, what is amazing, I really enjoyed our conversation. She gave me a lot of information to help me moving forward and made me feel very comfortable with reaching out to her again. if I had any further questions. And I could just tell that everyone truly cared for me and just about their jobs in general. And I really appreciated that. I love this office and all of the staff and have loved them for all of the years that I've been coming to you guys. Keep it up.

I was with my doctor for 18mins. She told me that I had exceedingly my time. It was my first appointment with her. I told her that I had been having chest pain and heart palpitations. She once again said we had ran out of time and I needed to make another appointment. I had already taken of work early so I could make this appointment. Getting off a second time is extremely hard. I think she is a really good doctor. I have confidence in her. I dont know if the time limit is her rule or Wellstar. Either way... it should be changed.

My visit was great, Dr. Suny and all the nurses took great care of me. They were efficient and caring. Also the nurse who drew my blood was FANTASTIC. She had me in and out in 5 minutes and I had no issues (last time I came and gave blood it was not a good experience). I can't remember her name but she was amazing!! Friendly and very efficient too.
