Dr Reddy was the most empathetic physician I've ever met. She definitely made me feel a lot better after my visit

Yes, improve on the information that each employee there is on, like the information from each person was different. I waited for a while, paid money to go all the way to the back for them to tell me that they weren't able to take images. And I was letting them know that I was in pain, I needed the images. The lady at the front desk told me that I would be able to get the images until I got all the way to the back, waited for hours for them to tell me that I wasn't able to get the images. It was a total inconvenience and I would not be back for recommending that place to anyone, especially in the case of an emergency.

Excellent care, long wait even though I had an appointment. Only 2 doctors on duty on a Saturday. Seems understaffed but I would still the facility because of the excellent staff.

Dr. Reddy greeted me with a warm smile and immediately began to address what was going on with me. Dr Reddy was thorough and explained fully the medication I needed. I truly appreciate Dr. Reddy and her staff and I would recommend Wellstar urgent care.

I don't feel like the doctor took stock into what I really needed. She prescribed me a medication I was advised by my doctor not to take due to preexisting conditions, that she never even asked about. She also never prescribed me anything for my terrible cough nor did she offer a urinalysis when I mentioned having symptoms in that area. She just seemed to want to rush me out the door with bits and pieces of a remedy, I won't be back to wellstar

The front staff was amazing. She made me feel welcome and heard. The doctor was also amazing. She listened to my concerns, made sure she checked all my symptoms, and made me feel heard and respected.

It was New Year's Day and most Urgent Care facilities were closed. I was quite ill and received 4 prescriptions. I didn't carry the logic forward (that most pharmacies would be closed also!). I wasn't able to get my antibiotics until later this morning. I slept horribly last night again and had an ear ache at 5:00 am this morning. I wish that the staff had: 1.) reminds me that pharmacies might be closed, and/or, 3.) given me a one day supply for my condition... something! That part was my fault. I got great care while I was there. Thank you.

We had a long wait, but someone came out and explained that they had two emergency situations to deal with and would be with us asap. I am a retired nurse, so I know how things happen sometimes. Your facility was clean, comfortable and welcoming and even had access to online activities . That was brilliant. It was my first time as a Wellstar patient, and I was very impressed. The staff were all friendly even though it was packed and on New Year's Day. The doctor was very kind and helpful. I have started my medications and have not had another episode of coughing that triggered difficulty breathing. Thank you for providing this facility.

doctor didn't really show any empathy or concern , did not initially tell me exactly what i was diagnosed with, was told i'd get an xray and never received it. doctor also walked in with the wrong patient paperwork

The scheduling of appointments is useless if you don't honor the appointments. If someone takes the time to schedule, and wait for the appointed time, then that person should be seen at/around that time. I could have easily arrived at 2p when I scheduled my appointment for 6p. I would certainly be seen and treated by the time I got back to the treatment room at 740p. Also, fast tracking of patients does not seem to be a priority with this staff.

I wish the work excuse extended longer than 2 days, especially on a weekend when most people are unlikely to be working. Especially if someone is in pain or discomfort following up with a PCP is not always a quick guaranteed follow up.

The front staff did not inform a room full patients that there was a delay due to an emergency until I checked on where I was on the list. My reservation was 3:20, waited 2 hours before I was informed of delay. I was there 3 hours, which defeats the purpose of making a reservation. The other issue is, which I believe is contributing to the delay is staff are busy talking and having fun. All I heard was very loud laughing, hearing about cakes and food, kids games, etc. Basically all personal conversations that have nothibg to do with patients. Perhaps if they demonstrate more time management perhaps the wait times would not be so long. This is every time I visit this urgent care, which is not that often which makes it worse that the same issues still exist. I complained about this before, so I am not sure if the feedback is reviewed and implemented. If so, I would hope to see changes.

Dr Reddy and her MA were caring, professional and prompt. I had to wait a little while in the room but Dr Reddy was apologetic. In an Urgent Care setting there is now way of knowing what issue patients are having which takes more time than other settings. I appreciated that doctors take time with their patients to ensure they get the right care. The front office staff allowed me to return to my work until they were able to bring me back to a room which was very helpful. Great experience.

I felt completely seen and heard during my visit. I had reasonable wait times to be brought back, seen by the provider, taken to x-ray and to be discharged. I was not looking forward to having to visit urgent care, in general, but was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and empathetic my experience was.

Dr Reddy and her MA were caring, professional and prompt. I had to wait a little while in the room but Dr Reddy was apologetic. In an Urgent Care setting there is now way of knowing what issue patients are having which takes more time than other settings. I appreciated that doctors take time with their patients to ensure they get the right care. The front office staff allowed me to return to my work until they were able to bring me back to a room which was very helpful. Great experience.

I felt completely seen and heard during my visit. I had reasonable wait times to be brought back, seen by the provider, taken to x-ray and to be discharged. Yes, improve on the information that each employee there is on, like the information from each person was different. I waited for a while, paid money to go all the way to the back for them to tell me that they weren't able to take images. And I was letting them know that I was in pain, I needed the images. The lady at the front desk told me that I would be able to get the images until I got all the way to the back, waited for hours for them to tell me that I wasn't able to get the images. It was a total inconvenience and I would not be back for recommending that place to anyone, especially in the case of an emergency.

I don't feel like the doctor took stock into what I really needed. She prescribed me a medication I was advised by my doctor not to take due to preexisting conditions, that she never even asked about. She also never prescribed me anything for my terrible cough nor did she offer a urinalysis when I mentioned having symptoms in that area. She just seemed to want to rush me out the door with bits and pieces of a remedy, I won't be back to wellstar

It was New Year's Day and most Urgent Care facilities were closed. I was quite ill and received 4 prescriptions. I didn't carry the logic forward (that most pharmacies would be closed also!). I wasn't able to get my antibiotics until later this morning. I slept horribly last night again and had an ear ache at 5:00 am this morning. I wish that the staff had: 1.) reminds me that pharmacies might be closed, and/or, 3.) given me a one day supply for my condition... something! That part was my fault. I got great care while I was there. Thank you.

We had a long wait, but someone came out and explained that they had two emergency situations to deal with and would be with us asap. I am a retired nurse, so I know how things happen sometimes. Your facility was clean, comfortable and welcoming and even had access to online activities . That was brilliant. It was my first time as a Wellstar patient, and I was very impressed. The staff were all friendly even though it was packed and on New Year's Day. The doctor was very kind and helpful. I have started my medications and have not had another episode of coughing that triggered difficulty breathing. Thank you for providing this facility.

doctor didn't really show any empathy or concern , did not initially tell me exactly what i was diagnosed with, was told i'd get an xray and never received it. doctor also walked in with the wrong patient paperwork

The scheduling of appointments is useless if you don't honor the appointments. If someone takes the time to schedule, and wait for the appointed time, then that person should be seen at/around that time. I could have easily arrived at 2p when I scheduled my appointment for 6p. I would certainly be seen and treated by the time I got back to the treatment room at 740p. Also, fast tracking of patients does not seem to be a priority with this staff.

I wish the work excuse extended longer than 2 days, especially on a weekend when most people are unlikely to be working. Especially if someone is in pain or discomfort following up with a PCP is not always a quick guaranteed follow up.

The front staff did not inform a room full patients that there was a delay due to an emergency until I checked on where I was on the list. My reservation was 3:20, waited 2 hours before I was informed of delay. I was there 3 hours, which defeats the purpose of making a reservation. The other issue is, which I believe is contributing to the delay is staff are busy talking and having fun. All I heard was very loud laughing, hearing about cakes and food, kids games, etc. Basically all personal conversations that have nothibg to do with patients. Perhaps if they demonstrate more time management perhaps the wait times would not be so long. This is every time I visit this urgent care, which is not that often which makes it worse that the same issues still exist.
