For a 2:40 pm appointment, ( intake person at front did not look for our appointment, she entered me as a walk in- ( realized later on), after waiting for more than 2 hours, approached the front desk to enquire about the delay ( assumed that they are really busy). Then they realized the mistake they have done, still have to wait for 45 minutes before i was seen, at 5;40 pm. Triage nurse has attitude, when we mentioned about the wait. People should have accountability, we are paying you for the service, No one, literally no one apologized. Such a pathetic staff, and we use this facility often.

I would like to say that the girl at the front desk was absolutely pleasant to deal with, very, very welcoming. Everybody at, everyone at that facility was very, very attentive, very friendly, absolutely great crew. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

Yes, the staff, everyone at the facility was very nice. The receptionist, the intake person was really nice and attentive. And the doctor was extremely proficient, extremely proficient, very attentive, and very cordial, very good chair-side manners for the doctor. I can't remember her name, Dr. Reddy, I think. The woman that ordered blood test for my mother and coach me on what we should do next was really excellent. I feel blessed that I met her yesterday. We had a very thorough visit and I feel like I'm prepared for whatever I need to do next I am very grateful.

I arrived with a bad sore throat. The nurse did the intake and swabbed me for flu, COVID and strep and left the room at 7:37. She said it would be 20 minutes for the results but the doctor would take longer to see me. I waited over an hour, no one ever coming in to advise of the delay. I opened the door of my room at 8:40 and said to the nurse "it's been over an hour" and she replied "give the doctor a few more minutes." (Meanwhile, I had the test results in my email via MyChart at 8:01.) Dr. Reddy finally came in and said "how can I help you?" very rudely. I replied that I knew the tests were negative from MyChart and is there anything I can do for some pain relief. I was the first person in the door that morning at 7am, and the 4th patient to be seen. I try to avoid this urgent care, but sometimes I can't. The experience is always the same. Please hire more staff.

Kudos to the triage nurse at the desk. She informed the provider my visit was work related and she made certain the xray staff remained. I appreciate how she went out of her way to make certain I was aeen for my work injury. I asked for her name but forgot it.

I wish I had a follow up contact. I had questions before I left but they said the Dr was seeing someone so they would ask and follow up but they didn't.

I waited about one hour to be taken to an assigned room, I waited an additional 50 minutes or so before I saw the Dr. This waiting period is too long. It is My hope that you'll will improve in this area.

Yes, the staff, everyone at the facility was very nice. The receptionist, the intake person was really nice and attentive. And the doctor was extremely proficient, extremely proficient, very attentive, and very cordial, very good chair-side manners for the doctor. I can't remember her name, Dr. Reddy, I think. I can't remember her name. But the doctor was very nice.

I had an appointment and had to wait for 1.5 hours before I even went back to the room. What is the point of an appointment if I'm going to have to wait that long to be seen.

It took too long. Urgent care I thought were faster than over crowded ERs. This wait was ridiculous.

I would like to say that the girl at the front desk was absolutely pleasant to deal with, very, very welcoming. Everybody at, everyone at that facility was very, very attentive, very friendly, absolutely great crew. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

For a 2:40 pm appointment, ( intake person at front did not look for our appointment, she entered me as a walk in- ( realized later on), after waiting for more than 2 hours, approached the front desk to enquire about the delay ( assumed that they are really busy). Then they realized the mistake they have done, still have to wait for 45 minutes before i was seen, at 5;40 pm. Triage nurse has attitude, when we mentioned about the wait. People should have accountability, we are paying you for the service, No one, literally no one apologized. Such a pathetic staff, and we use this facility often.
