Hi. I think the doctors and the nurses beyond the waiting room were fantastic. The whole waiting experience was absolutely terrible. I was told it was going to be maybe 40 minutes, and I was in the waiting room for three hours. I also was the only person in that waiting room crying invisibly in pain, and not a single person checked on me or told me when I would be seen, which I think is absolutely crazy. I know other people have other issues, and I definitely think that they should be seen, but when someone is in visible chest or stomach pain, I think that should be a sign that they need to be seen before three hours. And then I also had to have other people go and ask when I would be seen because I was waiting for so long. So I think that whole process was absolutely terrible.

Yeah, I set up an appointment. I thought I would be able to go in and out. Took me three hours, which I think on a Monday is kind of ridiculous. Yeah, I don't think I'm going to go back to WellSTAR. Yep. Bye.

Dr. Reddy and the nurse were extremely professional and caring. The front lobby area was loud with multiple tvs blaring on at the same time. Other patients were allowed to play loud music from their cell phones. The front desk staff never addressed the noise. When people aren't feeling well, they don't need a lot of extra noise. The front desk staff are unfriendly and not professional.

The appointment was at 2:45 pm. We didn't get called to a room in the back until 4:15 pm. We didn't leave the facility until 6:20 pm. Although this urgent care was short staffed, overall it was a good experience from beginning to end. We were immediately greeted with a smile when we entered the facility by the front desk staff. Stephany the medical tech/assistant was courteous, professional, helpful, concerned and knowledgeable. I appreciate the care, knowledge, experience, and professionalism Dr Reddy showed in diagnosing the problem and finding a solution. The x-ray rep was courteous, professional, answered our questions, quick taking the x-rays, and walked us to back to our room. Everyone worked well as a team including the virtual rep we had to call to get/provide approval for the x-ray.

The computer at the entrance was terrible. I had an arm shoulder, broken shoulder, and I was not able to do the computer board. I wish someone at the counter would have assisted me instead of assisting people behind me at. I told them that the computer was running slow and I was told just wait Other than that the visit was OK

The front office person was not helpful. The kiosk was backed up and she refused to assist in checking in people. I asked and she said to wait for the Kiosk. There was only one doctor so I understand the wait but it would have been helpful for the front desk person to advise. Once I was in the back the doctor was very fast and professional. She did great work and I commend her for a great job on my stitches. I would suggest that Wellstar focus on improving the front desk staff as it's an initial reflection on the brand and experience.

It's also not the easiest for older adults with technology limitations to input an extensive intake. Finally, a clinician should not be quickly dismissive or speak affirmatively on a topic that is beyond the scope of her specialty.

The front office person was not helpful. The kiosk was backed up and she refused to assist in checking in people. I asked and she said to wait for the Kiosk. There was only one doctor so I understand the wait but it would have been helpful for the front desk person to advise. Once I was in the back the doctor was very fast and professional. She did great work and I commend her for a great job on my stitches. I would suggest that Wellstar focus on improving the front desk staff as it's an initial reflection on the brand and experience.

Great staff professional environment

Dr. Reddy and the nurse were extremely professional and caring. The front lobby area was loud with multiple tvs blaring on at the same time. Other patients were allowed to play loud music from their cell phones. The front desk staff never addressed the noise. When people aren't feeling well, they don't need a lot of extra noise. The front desk staff are unfriendly and not professional.

Yeah, I set up an appointment. I thought I would be able to go in and out. Took me three hours, which I think on a Monday is kind of ridiculous. Yeah, I don't think I'm going to go back to WellSTAR. Yep. Bye.

Hi. I think the doctors and the nurses beyond the waiting room were fantastic. The whole waiting experience was absolutely terrible. I was told it was going to be maybe 40 minutes, and I was in the waiting room for three hours. I also was the only person in that waiting room crying invisibly in pain, and not a single person checked on me or told me when I would be seen, which I think is absolutely crazy. I know other people have other issues, and I definitely think that they should be seen, but when someone is in visible chest or stomach pain, I think that should be a sign that they need to be seen before three hours. And then I also had to have other people go and ask when I would be seen because I was waiting for so long. So I think that whole process was absolutely terrible.

Everyone that I interacted with were awesome. I was very impressed with the level of care, professionalism and treatment. Great teamwork

I wonder why it wasn't the usual $50 I've paid in the past. It was over $170.
