I had made an appointment in line, arrived 15 minutes early. I was brought to an exam room at appointed time, and history, BP , O2 checked. Then I waited 2 1/4 hours before doctor came in. I could understand the wait if I'd been a walk-in, but I'd made an appointment.

They were talking to each other, looking at their phones and had a hard time answering some of my concerns on the tablet? Suggestion: staff should submit this information.

The nurse assistant, Angela, was very helpful. I was pretty anxious and she was very helpful in bringing me down to calm down a little bit. And Dr. Reddy was absolutely amazing. If I could pick a primary care doctor, it would be her. She's great. I mean, I love my current one, but if I had to pick a new one, if she retired, I would pick Dr. Reddy. She listened. She was knowledgeable. She was just super amazing.

She was knowledgeable. She was just super amazing.
