I was seen by Dr. Reddy. She listened to my concerns and then proceeded to prescribe medication to treat my symptoms. The medications she prescribed have greatly improved my symptoms and after just a couple of days I am feeling much better. Thank you, Dr. Reddy.

This is my second experience assigning urgent care and I came back the second time because of the wonderful experience I had the first and I felt like your staff is very nice and they took very good care of me, listened to me and took care of my problem and I appreciate it very much.

The provider during my visit was excellent, and the staff in the lobby registering me to be seen was excellent. The nurse that entered my room had very poor concern, no empathy, lack of professionalism, and the x-ray technician She was somewhat polite, but very short. So she lacked professionalism and empathy for someone in pain or injury. And she was asking me to verify my information in the hallway, but she was walking much faster than I was, since I was unable to walk as fast as she could.

Everything was done well, but at the end of my appointment, I had a very bad bruise and a cracked toe. And the doctor, oh gosh, I can't think of the name, but anyway, they referred me and sent my x-ray to a podiatrist office. I contacted that office and the doctor that was recommended will not be in the office for two weeks. So I have contacted another company and am going down to WellSTAR to ask them to forward my x-rays to the other company. And I'm going to go down to the office to make that arrangement. Thank you.

Online registration is easy, but doesn't seem to improve the wait. We've used this facility before and had the same experience. Staff are great but you could definitely improve the wait times.

From the front desk to the nurses to the staff, they showed great concern when my son and I walked in. They took us in with urgency and we were in and out within an hour. The nurse was amazing and kept checking in on us and the doctor was quick, but very thorough. AMAZING service.

It deeply saddens me that I was treated in the manner that I was during my visit to urgent care. I understand everyone is entitled to bad days, but that is no excuse for the lack of concern and attentiveness that I received. I have no doubt that Dr. Reddy is qualified and capable of making proper diagnoses. I just wish she had examined me further based on her medical knowledge. Despite my symptoms not being visible, as a patient, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously. Any motor vehicle accident can cause great injury, superficially, internally, and psychologically. Whether it shows up on scans/X-rays or not. My message going forward is to enforce that every patient should be treated as if they were your child, your elder, or anyone you hold close to you. Take their words as truth, and go beyond what they tell you based on your own medical expertise. Every single patient deserves to be properly diagnosed. Situations like this are why many people, including myself, are hesitant to seek medical attention. Despite using our voice, we are often unheard, misrepresented, and disregarded.

Gal on left walking in was not as friendly as the gal on the right who did intake; however, she was very professional and was cloroxing about 20 pens for visitors use while I was there. Hi I just wanted to say thank you to this urgent care I came in with anaphylaxis from a bug bite and was very scared and they immediately saw what was going on and rushed me right in, got me immediately in and started on medication make it stop and really really appreciate how they handled the very scary situation that I've never had to deal with before, and I'm really really glad I I went there it was an excellent experience. Everybody was really wonderful and and I just want to say thank you. So good job everybody, thanks for helping me.

Well, I was from out of state and I googled and found you. I picked you because you had a 3.0 rating compared to other local facilities that were all rated 1.0. Also, your web site indicated much better capabilities as i knew I was dealing with a potentially severe infection in my leg. I had never been to your facility before, and your desk staff was very inviting. I went from waiting to a room in about an hour. Both nurses were amazing! They were both great ambassadors for your Urgent Care Clinic. And Dr. Reddy was one of the very best medical professionals I have ever met. I am getting better because of your two nurses and Dr. Reddy!

The care that I wanted at Urgent Care was exceptional. Actually, I was having a stroke and they got an ambulance right away and sent me on my way with resulting in a good outcome. 25,000 stars for this Urgent Care.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but every step of the process took three times as long as it should have. My appointment was at 3 PM, I arrived early, I was not seen until 3:45 PM. Then from there, it was another three hours until I left, with most of the time spent waiting in the physician's room with my three-year-old son who was growing impatient and hungry. Everybody was kind and nice and trying to help, but the wait times were unacceptable. I just think more can be done to keep me aware of timing and to expedite the intermediary steps. Especially when someone has a young child. The clinic was not even that busy, it just felt like I was being prioritized when I likely should have gotten some priority due to having a young child who does not understand long wait times.

Gal on left walking in was not as friendly as the gal on the right who did intake; however, she was very professional and was cloroxing about 20 pens for visitors use while I was there. The intake gal on the right was the perfect front facing rep IMO and was on point, super helpful, explaining everything as we went along.

The clinic was not even that busy, it just felt like I was being prioritized when I likely should have gotten some priority due to having a young child who does not understand long wait times.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but every step of the process took three times as long as it should have. My appointment was at 3 PM, I arrived early, I was not seen until 3:45 PM. Well, I was from out of state and I googled and found you. I picked you because you had a 3.0 rating compared to other local facilities that were all rated 1.0. Also, your web site indicated much better capabilities as i knew I was dealing with a potentially severe infection in my leg. I had never been to your facility before, and your desk staff was very inviting. I went from waiting to a room in about an hour. Both nurses were amazing! They were both great ambassadors for your Urgent Care Clinic. And Dr. Reddy was one of the very best medical professionals I have ever met. I am getting better because of your two nurses and Dr. Reddy!

The care that I wanted at Urgent Care was exceptional. Actually, I was having a stroke and they got an ambulance right away and sent me on my way with resulting in a good outcome. 25,000 stars for this Urgent Care.

Hi I just wanted to say thank you to this urgent care I came in with anaphylaxis from a bug bite and was very scared and they immediately saw what was going on and rushed me right in, got me immediately in and started on medication make it stop and really really appreciate how they handled the very scary situation that I've never had to deal with before, and I'm really really glad I I went there it was an excellent experience. Everybody was really wonderful and and I just want to say thank you. So good job everybody, thanks for helping me.

Front desk was very fastidious. Gal on left walking in was not as friendly as the gal on the right who did intake; however, she was very professional and was cloroxing about 20 pens for visitors use while I was there. The intake gal on the right was the perfect front facing rep IMO and was on point, super helpful, explaining everything as we went along.

It deeply saddens me that I was treated in the manner that I was during my visit to urgent care. I understand everyone is entitled to bad days, but that is no excuse for the lack of concern and attentiveness that I received. I have no doubt that Dr. Reddy is qualified and capable of making proper diagnoses. I just wish she had examined me further based on her medical knowledge. Despite my symptoms not being visible, as a patient, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously. Any motor vehicle accident can cause great injury, superficially, internally, and psychologically. Whether it shows up on scans/X-rays or not. My message going forward is to enforce that every patient should be treated as if they were your child, your elder, or anyone you hold close to you. Take their words as truth, and go beyond what they tell you based on your own medical expertise. Every single patient deserves to be properly diagnosed. Situations like this are why many people, including myself, are hesitant to seek medical attention. Despite using our voice, we are often unheard, misrepresented, and disregarded.

From the front desk to the nurses to the staff, they showed great concern when my son and I walked in. They took us in with urgency and we were in and out within an hour. The nurse was amazing and kept checking in on us and the doctor was quick, but very thorough. AMAZING service.

Everything was done well, but at the end of my appointment, I had a very bad bruise and a cracked toe. And the doctor, oh gosh, I can't think of the name, but anyway, they referred me and sent my x-ray to a podiatrist office. I contacted that office and the doctor that was recommended will not be in the office for two weeks. So I have contacted another company and am going down to WellSTAR to ask them to forward my x-rays to the other company. And I'm going to go down to the office to make that arrangement. Thank you.

The provider during my visit was excellent, and the staff in the lobby registering me to be seen was excellent. The nurse that entered my room had very poor concern, no empathy, lack of professionalism, and the x-ray technician She was somewhat polite, but very short. So she lacked professionalism and empathy for someone in pain or injury. And she was asking me to verify my information in the hallway, but she was walking much faster than I was, since I was unable to walk as fast as she could.

This is my second experience assigning urgent care and I came back the second time because of the wonderful experience I had the first and I felt like your staff is very nice and they took very good care of me, listened to me and took care of my problem and I appreciate it very much.

I was seen by Dr. Reddy. She listened to my concerns and then proceeded to prescribe medication to treat my symptoms. The medications she prescribed have greatly improved my symptoms and after just a couple of days I am feeling much better. Thank you, Dr. Reddy.
