I am very grateful for Dr Reddy and her nurse who took care of me. I was very sick and tired and they took very good care of me. They were very attentive to me and what I was saying. I truly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who needs immediate care.

Hello, I had an amazing experience at WellSTAR. Whoever it was that took my blood pressure, she was very kind, very friendly, very personable, very caring as well. She definitely made the situation more comfortable. Like obviously by going to an urgent care, you're not feeling the best. So she definitely set the tone and my provider was amazing as well, very caring, asked questions and follow-up questions and I could tell that she really wanted to get me feeling better. So I enjoyed my visit and hopefully I don't have to go back to the urgent care. I have perfect health, but if I ever do, I will definitely go back to WellStar. Thank you, everyone.

During my recent urgent care visit, I felt that I spent significantly more time waiting than actually speaking with the provider. When I arrived, I came prepared with the medications I had already been taking throughout the week, including Flonase, allergy medications, and cough syrup. However, the interaction with the provider felt very brief and somewhat passive. The provider prescribed prednisone and an antibiotic but did not spend much time discussing my symptoms, what might be causing them, or why the medications I had already been taking had not been effective. There was also no discussion about whether my symptoms had improved or worsened with the treatments I had already tried. I would have appreciated more engagement in understanding what might be going on and a clearer explanation of the clinical reasoning behind the treatment plan. For example, since my symptoms had already been present for several days and were significantly impacting me, I would have liked to discuss additional options such as a steroid injection. When I asked how soon I might begin to feel better, I was told approximately 36 hours, but there was not much further discussion about expectations, symptom management, or next steps if the medications did not work. Overall, the visit felt rushed and somewhat impersonal. I left feeling like the encounter focused primarily on prescribing medication rather than helping me understand my condition or feel supported in managing it. I came to urgent care because my symptoms had reached a point where I needed help, and I would have appreciated a more thorough conversation about what might be happening and how to best address it.

Back office was extremely nice the provider was nice and the nurse. The lady at the front desk was rude she had somewhat of an attitude maybe had a long day but everyone else was nice! I waited about an hour and a half.

I was in and out quickly. Dr Sudha Reddy was able to break down and explain what was going on with my finger. She was not rushed and showed care and compassion. I felt hopefully after leaving and within 48hrs my pain, swelling, and function of my hand dramatically improved. So grateful!!! The radiology tech was really nice too as we as the person who brought me to the room.

My only complaint was that I had a 10 o'clock appointment but did not get taken back until closer to 10:45

I went in with a RIGHT wrist issue. I left with notes that stated I had a LEFT wrist issue with a RIGHT wrist xray. And they put a LEFT wrist brace on my RIGHT wrist which caused more problems over the next two days as it was pushing on the tendon that was hurting me. They did change out the brace two days later when I called to ask about it but didn't fit it for me just handed it over. I'm sort of OK about it but also sort of quite concerned because I'm having surgery in a few weeks at WELLSTAR and if staff don't know their left from right where does that leave me when I'm undergoing surgery and hoping that I have competent staff taking care of me.

Yes, improve on the information that each employee there is on, like the information from each person was different. I waited for a while, paid money to go all the way to the back for them to tell me that they weren't able to take images. And I was letting them know that I was in pain, I needed the images. The lady at the front desk told me that I would be able to get the images until I got all the way to the back, waited for hours for them to tell me that I wasn't able to get the images. It was a total inconvenience and I would not be back for recommending that place to anyone, especially in the case of an emergency.

She prescribed me a medication I was advised by my doctor not to take due to preexisting conditions, that she never even asked about. I went in with a RIGHT wrist issue. I left with notes that stated I had a LEFT wrist issue with a RIGHT wrist xray. And they put a LEFT wrist brace on my RIGHT wrist which caused more problems over the next two days as it was pushing on the tendon that was hurting me. They did change out the brace two days later when I called to ask about it but didn't fit it for me just handed it over. I'm sort of OK about it but also sort of quite concerned because I'm having surgery in a few weeks at WELLSTAR and if staff don't know their left from right where does that leave me when I'm undergoing surgery and hoping that I have competent staff taking care of me.

Dr. Reddy greeted me with a warm smile and immediately began to address what was going on with me. Dr Reddy was thorough and explained fully the medication I needed. I truly appreciate Dr. Reddy and her staff and I would recommend Wellstar urgent care.

I don't feel like the doctor took stock into what I really needed. She prescribed me a medication I was advised by my doctor not to take due to preexisting conditions, that she never even asked about. She also never prescribed me anything for my terrible cough nor did she offer a urinalysis when I mentioned having symptoms in that area. She just seemed to want to rush me out the door with bits and pieces of a remedy, I won't be back to wellstar

Excellent care, long wait even though I had an appointment. Only 2 doctors on duty on a Saturday. Seems understaffed but I would still the facility because of the excellent staff.

Yes, improve on the information that each employee there is on, like the information from each person was different. I waited for a while, paid money to go all the way to the back for them to tell me that they weren't able to take images. And I was letting them know that I was in pain, I needed the images. The lady at the front desk told me that I would be able to get the images until I got all the way to the back, waited for hours for them to tell me that I wasn't able to get the images. It was a total inconvenience and I would not be back for recommending that place to anyone, especially in the case of an emergency.

I was very happy as I regularly see my rheumatologist here and have all my testing done here. I didn't want to be anywhere else to be taken care of for my broken arm !

I went in with a RIGHT wrist issue. I left with notes that stated I had a LEFT wrist issue with a RIGHT wrist xray. And they put a LEFT wrist brace on my RIGHT wrist which caused more problems over the next two days as it was pushing on the tendon that was hurting me. They did change out the brace two days later when I called to ask about it but didn't fit it for me just handed it over. I'm sort of OK about it but also sort of quite concerned because I'm having surgery in a few weeks at WELLSTAR and if staff don't know their left from right where does that leave me when I'm undergoing surgery and hoping that I have competent staff taking care of me.

I was in and out quickly. Dr Sudha Reddy was able to break down and explain what was going on with my finger. She was not rushed and showed care and compassion. I felt hopefully after leaving and within 48hrs my pain, swelling, and function of my hand dramatically improved. So grateful!!! The radiology tech was really nice too as we as the person who brought me to the room.

Back office was extremely nice the provider was nice and the nurse. The lady at the front desk was rude she had somewhat of an attitude maybe had a long day but everyone else was nice! I waited about an hour and a half.

During my recent urgent care visit, I felt that I spent significantly more time waiting than actually speaking with the provider. When I arrived, I came prepared with the medications I had already been taking throughout the week, including Flonase, allergy medications, and cough syrup. However, the interaction with the provider felt very brief and somewhat passive. The provider prescribed prednisone and an antibiotic but did not spend much time discussing my symptoms, what might be causing them, or why the medications I had already been taking had not been effective. There was also no discussion about whether my symptoms had improved or worsened with the treatments I had already tried. I would have appreciated more engagement in understanding what might be going on and a clearer explanation of the clinical reasoning behind the treatment plan. For example, since my symptoms had already been present for several days and were significantly impacting me, I would have liked to discuss additional options such as a steroid injection. When I asked how soon I might begin to feel better, I was told approximately 36 hours, but there was not much further discussion about expectations, symptom management, or next steps if the medications did not work. Overall, the visit felt rushed and somewhat impersonal. I left feeling like the encounter focused primarily on prescribing medication rather than helping me understand my condition or feel supported in managing it. I came to urgent care because my symptoms had reached a point where I needed help, and I would have appreciated a more thorough conversation about what might be happening and how to best address it.

Hello, I had an amazing experience at WellSTAR. Whoever it was that took my blood pressure, she was very kind, very friendly, very personable, very caring as well. She definitely made the situation more comfortable. Like obviously by going to an urgent care, you're not feeling the best. So she definitely set the tone and my provider was amazing as well, very caring, asked questions and follow-up questions and I could tell that she really wanted to get me feeling better. So I enjoyed my visit and hopefully I don't have to go back to the urgent care. I have perfect health, but if I ever do, I will definitely go back to WellStar. Thank you, everyone.

I am very grateful for Dr Reddy and her nurse who took care of me. I was very sick and tired and they took very good care of me. They were very attentive to me and what I was saying. I truly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who needs immediate care.
