Communication with cvs pharmacy needs improvement. It took 1hour just to get my prescription properly to cvs. Cvs kept not receiving it, then it said already filled which it wasnt. They it was given over phone while i waited and waited at cvs 2 hours.

It was a good experience! However, the front desk folks need some customer training. The woman checking me in seemed bored and unconcerned with anything going on. See did not make eye contact when talking. I could hardly hear what she was saying. Everything went smoothly after that. The doctor and nurses were great! First contact should be a little more welcoming. Maybe even a hello and a smile. Pretty easy!

The nurse assistant, Angela, was very helpful. I was pretty anxious and she was very helpful in bringing me down to calm down a little bit. And Dr. Reddy was absolutely amazing. If I could pick a primary care doctor, it would be her. She's great. I mean, I love my current one, but if I had to pick a new one, if she retired, I would pick Dr. Reddy. She listened. She was knowledgeable. She was just super amazing.
