I was experiencing changes with my body and hormones and was hoping to get some input or knowledge or care... something... I got nothing! He acted like it was just another day and my concerns were not important in least bit. Basically he could have said oh well and walked out...

I absolutely love Dr. Lee (And his personal nurse) BUT everyone else in the Wellstar office staff, on the phones and at the desk have been AWFUL every since they moved locations to the new Greystone building. The three girls at the check in are not friendly and look at you like you are bothering them by checking in. The nurse sitting at the phlebotomist area was rude this morning. I was told yesterday by Dr. Lee that he would have discussed a hormone patch with me at a visit but his nurses cut me off a couple months ago when I called and wanted to talk with him about it. Twice my daughter was hospitalized recently and we wanted to get her an appointment to see Dr. Lee and the nurses refused bc she had not been seen in a year (she was a previous patient before being stationed in Washington) it was literally a year and a half. I'm not sure if it is Wellstar in general or just all the new staff but I have been so dissatisfied with everyone (except Dr.Lee and his nurse) for about four or five years now.
