We absolutely love Dr. Brooks! He is amazing and his staff too! We have seen him since my daughter was 6 months old and they have been so patient through everything with her! I cannot say better things about him.

Dr. Brooks is wonderful. It's so obvious he's an experienced, knowledgeable expert, yet he's down-to-earth. Dr. Brooks explained my condition in lay-person's terms, which I so appreciated. I left thinking he cares about me as a patient and a person. I felt very respected. The CSRA is extremely fortunate to have Dr. Brooks practicing here. I was impressed with the staff as well.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing and kind. My two year old had a meltdown getting her eyes dilated and everyone was so patient and understanding. The doctor was extremely kind and explained everything thoroughly. I loved everyone and appreciate all of their hard work into taking care of my girl!

I was worried after seeing the Google reviews for this location, but our experience today could not have been better. We drove 3 hours for this appointment, and the entire staff was so friendly, kind, and patient with our two wiggly kids who were tired of sitting still. The wait was minimal, and the waiting room was filled with activities to occupy waiting children. My son was anxious about the appointment, but the providers were so patient and kind with him, from building rapport with him before beginning to talking to him through everything. I was extremely impressed with the care we received today. From the front desk to the providers in the back, the whole experience was fantastic.

Could use a larger waiting room for the amount of patients (and parents) waiting. Also, since this practice sees a lot of small children, might want to think about how to hold their attention and make them feel more welcome in the rooms (brighter colors, TV, toys, etc.)
