The address that was privided to me through text message is the wrong address. Please correct this to provide the right building and address. The staff says it is on ongoing issue. Other than that, our visit was very good. All of the staff were super friendly and we had a very good experience.

The front desk ladies were nice enough. They had a new lady up there. She misplaced our names, but that was mistaken. It was just something that happened. And the doctor made up for it. He was great. Thanks, y'all. Taking care of my son.

Provider is wonderful, but scheduling, I always get rescheduled at least two times, and it pushes out my child's appointment from a year in almost two years this time. So I didn't even get to use eye benefits for her for last year. So that was a little frustrating. Thanks.

The provider was superficial and incomplete with my dad including a complete failure to make sure he hear and understood follow up instructions. If I was not there using my knowledge as a nurse to ask more questions my dad would not have known what to do next about his eye health. I left thinking he cares about me as a patient and a person. I felt very respected. The CSRA is extremely fortunate to have Dr. Brooks practicing here. I was impressed with the staff as well.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing and kind. My two year old had a meltdown getting her eyes dilated and everyone was so patient and understanding. The doctor was extremely kind and explained everything thoroughly. I loved everyone and appreciate all of their hard work into taking care of my girl!
