1) Not enough patient education at each visit 2) Not enough sharing regarding the foreseeable course of treatment when complications arise such as joint stiffness after casting due to wrist fracture as in my case 3) Not enough proactive treatment suggestions 4) I feel the staff has only provided additional treatment options when I have brought up and proactively advocated for myself. I do not feel as though the medical staff have proactively been looking out for my best treatment options and patient education 5) I am open to discussing this with the correct person outside of this practice area, ideally someone in management at WellStar charge of the patient and customer experience

Dr Becher is very professional and knowledgeable. His work on my shoulder in the OR was precise . His nurse Lauren who took out my staples and did a great job. The entire team worked smoothly together and efficiently like a well-oiled machine.

Hour after the appointment time we were finally taken back, only to sit for an additional 30 mins in a room. You ask patients to arrive 15 mins early and then it takes 90 mins after the appointment time to see a doc on a simple followup..... disrespectful of our time, and not how you care for a 76 year old dementia patient.

The staff member who was in the assisting doctor who wrapped my cast was very attentive and provided one-on-one attention to me and I appreciated that. Her actual one-on-one interaction with me, her professionalism about the cast too, and she did her process wrapping it, as well as the doctor quickly and actually very professionally and had no problems since then. So thank you very much.

The experience with Dr Becher was nothing short of credible knowledge In explaining my injury and replacement of injured hip.. Also , I might add : He cares about your injuries and stern talk about taking calcium for bone loss ... I've had two hip replaced and a knee None of the other doctors talked to me about how to prevent more bone loss and falls ... He stress : You don't need to fall again .. ... Taking his advice to heart ! Thank You Dr Becher for your care !
